Geweldig!

Het is een heel mooi ingericht hotel met prachtig uitzicht. De bedden, douche ( met heerlijke verzorgingsproducten) en handdoeken zijn top. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid en erg lekker. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het hotel biedt mogelijkheid van valet-parking. Ook is het mogelijk om yogales te volgen van een deskundige lerares. Al met al een aanrader dus!

Probably the best hotel and location/resort we have ever stayed at!

As it is a brand new hotel it was spotlessly clean and top quality furnishings and decor. Pools and the beds were amazing too. Best part has to be the superb restaurant, where we had breakfast with the most amazing views! Every member of staff were the most friendly we have ever met!

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. Only thing was that because it had only been open 4 days prior to our arrival, the telly in the room didn’t work and there were no cups to use with the coffee machine in the room. However neither of these made any difference to our stay at the hotel. It is brilliant!

This property is not a good renovation of an old building, even though presented as nearly new. There is a lot of unfinished areas or poorly renovated spaces.

Good value all inclusive hotel with great seaview

Upgraded to deluxe family suite with seaview which is lovely. Great pools and friendly staff.

Pleasant

The view, location and pool. Beds were very confortable.

The room was small, and the floor wasn't clean. In terms of food, very blend and it was always the same dishes. I asked for a mojito, and it was just ice and some kind of licour, that did not even taste like a mojito. No mint, nothing. Felt like everything was done with the less effort possible and the cheapest way.

A lovely hotel on the beach that is unfortunately closing for at least a year for refurbishment..

We really love the Cala Llonga Resort Hotel, unfortunately it is now closing for refurbishment that could take upto 24 months! The staff (who are brilliant) now have to find alternative employment for what could be 2 years, it's a shame all round. Okay you could say the hotel is due a refurb but with two independent 'sides' they could have done one a t a time?

Beautiful beach, good food (lunch and dinner so so nice and delicious) breakfast same every day English breakfast but croissants fresh and so yummy. Clean rooms and personal so nice and helpful. I asked for a kettle and I got a one to room. I enjoyed my stay.

3rd floor room it was a nightmare with disco and music above. acoustics is just horrible. No sleep until midnight when music was over. With small child it was a challenge. Any move of chairs on the terrace was like tractor in my room. Morning Towels on sunbeds made me laugh. But some people just can’t help themselves. I enjoyed watching them from balcony.

The view from my balcony was amazing sea beach pool. Going back later this month.

Quality of food was what I expected nothing amazing. Room on 3rd floor was very close to restaurant and got disturbed in the morning.

Pools were good. Access to the beach was perfect. The staff was amazing. The location was nice.

Not much clean. Food not good and times for eat too short (terrible for who wants to wake up late), not much vegetarian options. Special drinks (like Mojito) from automatic machines. No hotel bar at the beach.

Cala Llonga is a beautiful area of Ibiza to stay and the hotel was located on the hill which looks over the beach. You could walk directly from the pool, down to the beach. The all inclusive food was average, but I didn't have high expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pools and outdoor areas were excellent! spent many hours tanning in the sun and swimming.

meal times were just too hectic. too big of a place for us, would not recommend for a quiet couple retreat. if you want the opportunity to get pissed all day then a good place. just not for us.

We warmly recommend the resort for families looking for customer oriented tourist services.

Location is perfect to spend family vacation! The all inclusive facility was great, lunch and dinner offer different from one day to the other! Well done!

Cala llonga stay

Lovely beach location and pools with very clean amenities. The Cala llonga area is one of the nicest We visited on the island. The hotel was very clean with great staff, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Mainly was young families and young couples. For the are and the standard the price is very good, but still expensive.

I didn’t like being all inclusive, it is a lot of money and we did not use it enough in the end. The food was fine nothing to complain about, snacks and drink options were basic. More suited for young children. Breakfast was great, many options at the lunch & dinner, personally the large dining hall experience turned me off.

Typical all inclusive hotel

The location is a bit quiet but very nice. A ferry going to Ibiza town or Formentera docks right in front of the hotel which is amazing.

The pool area was way too crowded. Zero social distancing. Thats not an opinion, its a fact. Same is true for the breakfast and dining room. Most guests are from england... many of them sit in groups, are loud and drink all day. Basically its a typical all inclusive resort but it felt overpriced for what it was.

It doesn’t worth the money

The only thing I like was the staff: friendly, helpful . Also food was not bad to be an all inclusive formula. Beach is really outside the hotel.

The hotel is divided into area , the old and the Delux. Lobby and common area are very old fashion and not clean. Bathroom at 0 floor near the swimming pool was really bad .The old area it’s extremely poor, unpleasant and not comfortable. Rooms are tiny , our in particular was not properly clean and AC was not working. Furniture it’s really old , the small bathroom has no shower but a tub with plastic curtain. We complain a lot and at the end we managed to have a new room in the deluxe room: this one was larger and more comfortable, even the cleaning was really poor. I don’t think 700€ is a correct value for 4 night.
