Mondrian Ibiza

Well designed rooms, impressive ghd hairdryers & wine in the evening was a lovely touch.

Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

The Mondrian is a nice hotel. Especially if you are looking for a party vibe. It sits on a beautiful bay and the pool is small but nice. It was difficult to find a lounger by the pool (lots of people ‘saving them with a towel pre breakfast’ and then you should be happy to listen to some pretty serious DJ vibes (all day). The quality of food is good- but the staff’s attention to detail could be a wee bit better. Lots of back and forth and confusion with orders at the pool. Room was stylish. We booked an ocean view jr suite and it was a decent size. But the balcony was solid and so the view was lacking and largely blocked by foliage to the left of the balcony that obscured the view of the bay- and therefore the sunrise- which is amazing if you get down to the beach for a swim as we did. So higher floors probably a better option. You can catch the ferry to Ibiza town from right outside the hotel which was great. And taxis were plentiful. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and Shanti- did the best cocktails we had on the island… highly recommend. In summary- cool vibe, in a beautiful bay.

We had such an incredible week staying at the Mondrian. Single mum with two young teenagers. Hotel was amazing - great food, drink and wonderful stylish rooms. Amazing mix of people staying. Quite an intimate boutique style of hotel. Restaurants nearby delicious. Taxi - always prebook from hotel otherwise uber prices are 8 x the price. We also hired a car for a couple of days which I would 100% recommend. Was great to go out and explore the island. €200 for two days including fully charged electricity, parking (close to the hotel) insurance etc. Staff running it were great. AUTOS PINET which is 100 metres from the hotel. Left the car with them overnight and they recharged and saved me €25 per night to park at hotel. We visited Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza old town, Santa Eularia and the hippy market. All great places. Had a mooch round some of the beautiful home shops on the high street as well which we loved- shame we couldn’t take things home in our suitcases. Beach is excellent being right there with showers to wash in when you come off. Added an extra bonus for the kids. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
