Located in Ocean Beach, this lovely house for $850 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AND IS SUITED BEST FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS THAT WANT TO RELAX. QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM TO 8AM DAILY. Maximum total number of guest allowed at house is 14, this includes guests staying at house and any visitors to the house. Outside only security cameras for your safety and security when house is vacant, one facing front door, one facing garage, one facing back door and last one facing entrance to back gate. This three story, 4500sq. ft home has 5 bedroom and 4 1/2 baths with panoramic ocean views, rooftop jacuzzi, Gourmet kitchen, and private master suite with attached master bath.This incredible home is one of a kind, with unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean from both the first and second floor of the home. A Rooftop deck with jacuzzi puts you on top of the world in first class style. Prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen while watching the sunset, or enjoy a glass of wine on one of the two balconies with unobstructed Ocean views. The home also offers an enclosed backyard and outdoor patio.The house has 2 complete living rooms, Dining room seats 10-14, Gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, two ovens, commercial wok, subzero refrigerator and wolfe range with breakfast bar seating for 5. Easy parking with one car garage and 2 off street parking space in quiet residential neighborhood. Located 5 blocks from the beach and quaint downtown OB, minutes from all major attractions and airport. Bedroom 1:Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with wonderful view of the ocean from the comfortable king bed, Ensuite bath has black marble countertops with double sinks, makeup area, separate etched glass enclosed shower, two person jetted bathtub surrounded by etched glass windows. Separate water closet for privacy. Bedroom has large walk-in closet for your stay. Bedrooms 2,3&4: are located on 1st floor of house. 1st bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath done in green stone with shower, sink and toilet, and door to 1st floor outside patio. 2nd bedroom has a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bed, great for the kids, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower, double sinks and toilet. Bedroom5: The 5th Bedroom is detached from main home, located in back yard over garage on 2nd floor with ensuite and queen bed. Gives the couple that wants extra privacy their space but allows them to still be part of the whole house experience. 2nd floor has powder bath with toilet, sink and every guys dream a urinal. Also available for additional sleeping a king blow-up bed, queen blow-up bed and three twin blow-up beds as well as 2 pack-n-plays, Childs blow-up bed and high chair. Living Rooms: 1st Floor has a large living room with comfortable seating, TV, and wet bar that houses a small refrigerator. Stone entry area and stairway to second floor encompass this room. Off this room is the laundry room complete with washer/dryer/ironing board and iron and door to 1 car garage. Hallway leads to bedrooms and baths. Stairway up to 2nd floor leads to 2nd living room, this area has sofa seating, a fireplace, and computer table for that person who wants to catch up on emails, if you can look away from the view long enough. Large stain glass window catches the morning sun rays. This living room is an open concept area encompassing the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Gourmet Kitchen: This kitchen is wonderful and relaxing to cook in. The view, makes washing up a joy; the ocean view is right there. The kitchen has a subzero refrig/freezer, small drink refrigerator, dishwasher, two sinks, granite counters, Wolfe range with oven and griddle, separate dacor oven, commercial Wok, microwave and warming draw, Large pantry, breakfast bar seating for 5, teak wood flooring and nautical fixtures over stove and wok. Dining room is part of the open concept area of livingroom, dining room and kitchen. Dining table seats 12 and has a door leading to front deck for viewing the ocean and front street of house. Off the kitchen is a back deck with table for 8 and BBQ. Stairs lead to roof top deck complete with jacuzzi spa, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a view that cannot beat any other. During summer this area is a must for nightly fireworks at Sea World and the sunset. Close to Airport with short 10 minute drive. Planes do depart over Point Loma and Ocean Beach with curfew hours between 11:30pm and 6:30am.

We had a wonderful stay at Jill’s home! Our family came from the East coast for my sons wedding. The house was spacious with spectacular views and amazing sunsets.
It was perfect for all our needs and the fenced in yard added privacy and space for our little French bulldog! The kitchen was amazing with unique nautical fixtures, which was so nice as my son and daughter in law are both in the Navy. Jill was so accommodating and friendly. The house was just perfect for us!! I highly recommend this home! Thank you Jill!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to cook many meals and the dining area had enough seating to accommodate our large family. The children loved having an outdoor space to play in and the guest quarters allowed for privacy. This house is located in a quiet part of Ocean Beach and within 10-15 mins of most things you would want to do while in San Diego.

We had multi-generational family getaway and this home housed us well. It was spacious and comfortable with great views of the ocean and evening fireworks from SeaWorld. Communication with the host was excellent. Jill was quick to respond and always available. Check in and check out was simple. Be aware the home is situated on a hill and the driveway has an incline. Property is nicely located with convenient beach access and other attractions. House has incredible ocean views from its various balconies and windows. Jill is a terrific owner.. very responsive to questions and needs. The yard and patios are large enough for family gathering and play. Kitchen well equipped. The good news is it is close to the airport… the drawback is… it is close to the airport. But even with that, we loved our time in this beautiful home!

Overall we had a very nice time and the views from this house were great...we will definitely consider this house once again if we decide to return to San Diego on our annual family vacation. Jill was great to work with and the location was excellent as well.

This home made our family gathering a relaxed time to enjoy each other. 9 adults and 2 young children gathered from around the country. The location was ideal for multiple airport pickups and drop offs. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for the groceries we brought. We went to the zoo, Cabrillo, Torrey Pines, and Coronado. Jill is a wonderful communicator and was very flexible with us. It was great to meet her as we left. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is abundant, and the location is great. We would love to visit again!

The location was very convenient and the view was gorgeous. The furniture was very comfortable and this home was the nicest one in the area. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. It was raining a lot at the time we were there, but we really enjoyed the location, and the big windows and large areas were great with all the littles we had with us. It was a VERY clean house and we all enjoyed that. The kitchen was great, and we even had to use the big wok in the corner! We all said would like to go back to this house!!

The house served as a perfect base for our group of nine adults, visiting San Diego for a conference. Perched near the top of a hill, the house offers beautiful views of Ocean Beach and beyond. We enjoyed the large rooftop hot tub, the roomy and well-equipped kitchen, and the expansive living/dining room. Blow-up mattresses, lots of extra bedding and comfy couches made it a very comfortable stay for all. Jill was a responsive and helpful host throughout, from before check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and our stay!

Our family of 10 loved this house for our San Diego vacation. There was so much room for everyone to spread out. The views were absolutely incredible. The grandkids and big kids loved watching the fireworks each night from the balcony. The hottub overlooking the view was also a big hit. Jill was a wonderful host and checked in with us several times. This house had everything you could need and was the best stocked home we have rented. The grandkids loved using the boogie boards at the beach. I would definitely rent from Jill again and hope we can make it back to San Diego soon.

Absolutely stunning views. The house had everything we needed. Perfect location as several family and friends stayed nearby. We were able to get anywhere quickly and had family over to help finish up Wedding items. HIGHLY recommend staying here. Owner is fabulous and sweet. Plan on trying to stay again in a year for College Graduation.

We stayed there for a few nights, and had an expensive trip needless to say.
It's not for a family or people looking for a beach town experience.
The remaining hours the property owner was onsite over our shoulders kinda micro managing, which put a damper on the last day.
