About this house rental
Located in Busselton, this attractive house for $127 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it! THE HOUSE The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID. There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy. DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival. BEDDING CONFIGURATION BED 1 - King Bed comfort BED 2 - 1 Queen bed BED 3 - 2 Single Beds Pillows, cotton blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can bring their own linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels, and face washers. Registered parking for 3 cars. Guests may smoke outside. Kindly dispose of your butts cleanly. Extra people - Babies under 6 months free. 6 months to 14 years old $15 per night - NB: DO NOT ENTER CHILDREN AS EXTRA PEOPLE AS THE STAYZ PROGRAM WILL CHARGE $30 EACH. JUST INFORM ME OF YOUR CHILDREN AND I WILL MANUALLY ADD THEM ONTO THE BOOKING. For your comfort, please consider these few things. Just like your home, the house is seasonally and occasionally visited by nature While we pest control the house regularly no treatment will ever stop them completely. We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use. Our property (and all Busselton) is alongside a vast “Wetland for Wildlife” corridor. Check out is 9.50am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can. Your ID will be required. As per City of Busselton registration requirements the names of all guests staying at the house will be required. Reference - Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, Part 3 Obligation of Owners and Managers 3.3 Register of Occupants. Sparkling clean, well maintained, fantastic layout with separation between master & minor bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms & laundry. Huge, fully fenced lawned backyard for your fur baby with lovely alfresco area with BBQ. Easy gate access to backyard which was great for the kids to get their scooters through. Lovely personal touches with shells in glass bowls and coastal decor which automatically relaxes you & puts you in a holiday vibe. Beautiful welcome pack on arrival & some essentials left in the pantry & bathrooms was awesome.
Then the location, is wow. Walking distance to everything we needed. Cannot fault it.

This home is relaxing and spacious. So close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Cars got a rest as we could walk everywhere. Dogs loved the large lawned back garden.

Our weekend away with family was perfect, the house is comfortable and everything you need is at hand. Perfect home away from home even for my 83 year old mum. The yard is perfect for the dogs too, plenty of room for a run and heaps of spots for them to lay in the sun. With only a short walk to the beautiful beach and even a brewery nearby you couldn't want anything more. Thanks for everything.

Excellent location, for walking to all activities from the main streets, coffee shops & close to the jetty. Also a quiet street with low passing traffic volume. Kitchen had all the necessary condiments & simple things like cling wrap, glad bake, foil & kitchen towel. Pantry supplies too. Beds are on the firm side, bedrooms had ample storage. Great to have 2 living spaces & 3 TVs. Had a great closed in backyard which your dog would enjoy. It was quite hot while there, so very glad of the ceiling fans in the minor bedrooms. Could have benefited from a ceiling fan in the living areas too as the air con was working overtime. And we missed not having a dishwasher with 6 adults but easily washed by hand in the double sink, with dishwashing liquid provided.
