Unforgettable stay, lovely people

We were blown away by the hospitality of Carlos and Mei. They were extremely knowledgeable about the island and kindly helped us organize an itinerary for the entirety of our stay. The apartment was stylish, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to chill during hot afternoons as well as a perfect starting point for our trips, since it was very centrally located. Carlos and Mei are also amazing cooks. They run a cool restaurant not far from the accommodation. There we were always welcome guests and enjoyed their meals full of flavour, creativity and love. Carlos and Mei were also happy to accept custom orders from us. We had an amazing time in Romblon. Thank you Carlos and Mei for making it so special.

Exceptional

Great room with aircon in the center of the town. Carlos is a magnificent host who goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He also runs a small restaurant with outstanding food. I extended my stay for another week

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Carlos and all his staff became really CLOSE FRDS OF MINE for LIFE! So happy the universe brought us together and for making my journey an epic one! Super helpful organized all my trip to the dot and every night we had great time at his restaurants with amazing people to meet 💓 Not to mention the FOOD ! Oh lord they made me THE BEST vegan food in the whole Philippines NO JOKE … Literally felt with family and like I know them for years. I’m going to miss my stay here and I’ll be def coming back with my dogs 🤩

Good Location in the center of town

Bad relationship price and quality; the appartment wasn't clean enough and the price was high in relation to other establishement. Very little water in the shower .

Amazing Location and Supper Welcoming Host

Stone Creek House was such an amazing place to stay. Carlos is an absolute fountain of knowledge and made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Super welcoming and helped us organise all the best things to do in Romblon. We can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent accommodation and superb host!

Great property in a great location! Right in the centre of Romblon with short walking distance to all you need. Carlos was an exceptional host and helped us make our stay in Romblon unforgettable! Helped us with pickup at the harbour, scooter rental, ferry tickets and even set up a special 4 course anniversary dinner for me and my girlfriend at his excellent restaurant, SMOHK. The room we stayed in was at the top floor with high ceilings, really spacious living room with wide screen tv and great bedroom with AC. Carlos and Stone Creek gets my highest recommendation!

Awesome!

Carlos is amazing, super hospitable and looked after me all trip. Made sure I was having a good time, helped me arrange tours and scooter hire. He put me in the penthouse also, which was a nice surprise considering I only booked the double room. Great space, great location in Romblon, great people!

Staying at Stone Creek House made our trip to Romblon Island perfect.

Our stay at Stone Creek House was just perfect - Carlos was the most helpful and friendly host we could dream of. From check-in, where we were picked up at the ferry at arrival, Carlos took care of us in every possible way. He made sure that we experienced Romblon and 'the real philippines', the culture and the nature in a way we could not have done by ourselves. We went island hopping with Arnold (Carlos' assistant) and had the best day snorkeling and cliff diving in the clearest water we've ever seen and - the best part of it - swimming with sea turtles without any other tourists there, since Arnold knew just the right places to go. Carlos is the perfect host and he is one of the main reasons our stay at Romblon Island was above expectations, because he helped us arrange and guide us with everything, e.g. scooter rental, paddle boarding, etc. We can highly recommend going to the beautiful Romblon Island - but to get the most out of it, stay at Stone Creek House!

Leave your worries behind, Stone Creek will make you feel at home!

Location It isn’t a beach view but can only recommend to stay in town. Great to have access to supermarkets, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy etc. You will spend the whole day outside anyways so this location is really convenient! Host Carlos is the best host you can hope for. Extra responsive, helpful, arranging scooter and island hop and really anything else you need. He even went back to the hospital after we had left the island as we were missing some documents we needed. And if you’re cool enough, he’ll even let you hang with him and his buddies ;) Huge thanks to his guy Arnold who was also so helpful and amazingly kind! Accommodation Loved the design, the place is made mostly of marble and you have everything you need. AC, hot water, WiFi, Netflix, Xbox, board games... Carlos thought of every details to make the guest feel at home. Arnold picks you up from the port with his NYC cab trike and will bring you back when you leave, arranging tickets for the boat etc.

Brilliant accommodation and hosts in Romblon!

Carlos and Arnold were awesome hosts - they went out of their way at every opportunity to make our 4 night stay in Romblon memorable. From organising island hopping, renting mopeds, recommending the best local restaurants and meals and even getting involved with some late night karaoke, the guys were fantastic. Oh, and the accommodation was perfect too!
