Located in Provincetown, this lovely condo for $700 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Spend your vacation in Provincetown's finest beachside residence. This unit is the ground floor garden unit of Provincetown's Sandpiper Beach House. This exceptionally fine home combines spectacular waterside views from every room in the house along with a private deck and garden right on the beach. The unit is located in the heart of the West End on Commercial Street (at Winthrop St) and has privacy throughout. Inside you have 2 en-suite bedrooms both with king size beds and views of the ocean. The living area has a TV with HD cable, DVD player and high speed wireless internet. Unit comes with full size washer and dryer, additional half bath, fire place, and approximately 1,000 sq ft deck with an outdoor shower. All this with direct access to the beach and 2 car parking adjacent to the unit. Dog friendly, no cats allowed. This property is ONLY listed on VBRO/HomeAway. Do not trust other sites such as Craig's List.

The combination of being right on Commercial Street and having a large private patio that leads directly to the beach is unbeatable! The location is truly the best of both worlds. The condo was also very nice and clean, exactly as advertised.
Also, Terrell was a great host. We only experienced one issue during our stay, and he resolved it immediately for us which was much appreciated!
We will definitely be back!

We were bummed that both of the private stair accesses to the water were unusable after being washed away. Typically, we use that private access all of the time throughout the day.

This is our 2nd time at Terrell’s house. It’s such a beautiful cozy place with direct access to the beach and beautiful outdoor enclosed spaced for our pups to enjoy :) , Terrell is always very quick to reply and accommodating !

We would certainly stay here again in the future as the benefits far outweighed the minor hiccups.

In the center of PTown there’s a private garden freshly refurbished with a direct access to the bay beach.
The house is perfect with separate spaces for two couples to feel comfortable; all in the kitchen is available for those who like to cook. We will be back!

And right behind is the heart of Commercial Street, with restaurants and shops in one direction and a wonderful walk to Pilgrim Point and a jetty walk out to the lighthouse in the other direction. With on-site parking included, the location could not have been better. Very clean, all the essentials you need, friendly neighbors and a wonderful and communicative host. Can’t wait to return.

We Could not have asked for a Nicer Place to Stay
Terrell's home is clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and super close to everything in town. Terrell did a great job of communicating and explaining all the home had to offer, so we knew what to bring and what not to bring. There are water views from every room. And, even though we stayed in the Fall, we got to enjoy the large patio on a warm, sunny October day.

Nothing short of perfect.
What can I say about this property and Paulo(the property manager) the entire stay was amazing start to finish the property is a real gem, we loved it so much we started planning next years trip before we left. We are regular VRBO renters and this is by far the nicest most well equipped rental we’ve ever had, the location was ideal, I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.

This property is wonderful! The apartment is extremely clean with great style! The patio and gardens look out to the most spectacular view. The location is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. What more could you ask for? We had a great time!!!

Amazing Private Beachfront Property!
I can't say enough great things about this property. My wife and I traveled with our dog and small child, as well as another couple with a small child and the size and layout of the home was perfect. Both bedrooms had king sized beds as well as master bathrooms, with a large kitchen/living room area separating them. The entrance to the home is private with your own gate to enter right next to your 2 private parking spaces (which is very helpful considering the size of the streets and lack of public parking). There are comfy lawn chairs and a small private garden accompanying the home, but perhaps the biggest selling point of the house is your own private gate to head to the beach just a few short steps away. The house was clean and modern, we had great communication with the host, and immediately started planning a return visit next year. 5-stars all around for sure.

Beautiful property right in the center of Ptown. Property was just as beautiful as the pictures. The private garden and beach access were a perfect break and quiet oasis from town, but we could easily walk right out the gate and be in the center of town.
