Harbour House 306, Sea Colony Lovely 2 Bedroom plus den, 2 bath third floor oceanfront condo in Sea Colony with amazing ocean and beach views! The remodeled full kitchen features granite countertops, 3 Plasma HDTVs, DVD, Bose speaker system throughout unit, wireless internet, washer/dryer, central air conditioning. Resort amenities include ocean front pools, indoor pools, fitness center and tennis. Tenants must pay $58.00 per person per week recreation fee for anyone four years of age or older. Unit has 1 reserved and 1 unreserved parking space. Occupancy 8. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
