Rustic Cape Cod cottage directly on beautiful Ryder Beach. Stairs lead you from the house to the private beach. 5 Bedrooms sleeps 6-8 people. 1 Full Bath plus outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, TV with cable, DVD player and Wi-fi. Deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay with sunset views! Perfect for a family vacation. 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 Bunk rooms and 1 room with 2 twin beds. Maximum of 8 People. This is an old/rustic Cape Cod Cottage. Sheets and towels are included. Bring your own beach towel, beach chairs, beach umbrellas etc.

Stunning beachfront view, with gorgeous sunsets. Our stay was all fun in the sun. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space indoors and out.

Quaint CC Cottage on private Beach steps down to soft sand stayed end of season-Sept 2025 so some things were probably not as if at peak season- we emptied one gas bottle with one 20 min use other was already empty 1 beach chair was torn and fans needed cleaning badly furniture we covered with blankets -old with some stains -other than that we would stay again location is perfect! This cottage could use some updates but we are not nit pickers enjoyed fire in fireplace and relaxed wifi great tv great frig and bathroom clean damp smell but aired out quickly we used outdoor shower - very quiet neighborhood Great communication thank you Lunda!!

We loved staying at Linda’s house, mostly for the absolutely beautiful location. The beach is gorgeous and you couldn’t be closer. So nice to wake up and sit on the deck with our morning coffee, or walk down the steps with our kids and be splashing in the waves in a matter of seconds.
The reason I’m giving this a lower rating is because of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the place which is in need of some TLC. When we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned and even after we were able to communicate with Linda and get the cleaners there they basically did a very cursory job (no mopping, food left on the table, garbage on the floor of the patio). I spent the whole first day of our vacation rolling up rugs to sweep out so much sand, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and disinfecting (you’re welcome) which looked like it hadn’t been done in ages. Because you’re so close to the beach everything gets damp and things like rugs were smelly and wet and desperately needed replacing. I don’t mind the shabby chic vibe of the cape— I’ve been traveling to the cape since a kid and very familiar with it. But this house was so chock full of stuff there wasn’t anywhere for our own stuff. We ended up using one of the extra rooms to store some chairs just so we could move around the kitchen and living room. It’s too bad because with maybe just a weekend of decluttering and deep cleaning this cute cottage would be so lovely!
