This modern four-bedroom home is only 500 ft to Wellfleet Harbor! Newly furnished and nicely appointed, this property set on a quiet wooded lot in a desirable Wellfleet bayside neighborhood, checks all the boxes--including bringing your dog!

Enter an open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and large flat screen smart TV. Just off the living room is the dining room with table and chairs and slider to a small balcony deck with stairs to the patio below.

The nicely equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including a refrigerator, solid surface range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and counter seating.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, walk-in closet, desk and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, at the other end of the house has a king bed. In addition to the ensuite bathroom on the first floor, there is a second bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor.

The two other bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and bedroom 4 has four twins. There is a bathroom on this floor with tub/shower.

Gather the group in the spacious lower level for movie night on the large flat screen TV or a round of ping pong. Slider leads to the patio.

The patio with dining table and seating for eight is surrounded by mature plantings and flowers. Cook up dinner with fresh local ingredients on the gas grill on the patio. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower on the side deck. Steps lead from the side deck to the patio below.

Air conditioning: There are four ductless split unit air conditioners. One in the living room, one in Bedroom 1, one in Bedroom 3 and one in Bedroom 4. Portable air conditioner in Bedroom 2.

Only 500 ft to the private association beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Follow the road to a path that leads to steps down to the beach. Swim at high tide. Sunbathing and beachcombing at low tide--you can even walk to town along the shoreline via Uncle Tim's Bridge--about one mile. Take in the wonderful, everchanging views of Great Island and bustling Wellfleet Harbor and Pier.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
