About this condo rental

Located in Brewster, this charming condo for $181 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Nautical Themed Light & Bright Townhouse in Ocean Edge Resort! This bright Billington Village condo is nautically decorated with high lofted ceilings throughout and features a remodeled kitchen, two bedrooms, and lofted second bedroom. On the first level, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, A/C, and a full bath. A second bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV and A/C, with a nearby full bath in the hallway. The bright remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes all the kitchen amenities of home. The dining room is fully furnished with seating for six, leading to the living room complete with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, and A/C. Glass sliding doors from the living room lead out to a furnished outdoor patio with outdoor grill. The second level features the open loft bedroom twin bunk beds and a ceiling fan. Additional amenities include: washer/dryer, WIFI, Apple TV & Premium Cable TV Service. ​​​​​​​The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137. Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants! Saturday to Saturday only. *This property allows you to purchase Pool passes! *For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass). *Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice. Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by eCheck or American Express, Visa & MasterCard.

Had a great time down the cape with family. This unit was overall clean and spacious. Furniture could be cleaned as a number of stains on it. Check in/out was very easy. I would rent again if visiting the cape!

Newly updated and nicely decorated! very warm and welcoming, our family of 5 had plenty of room . loved eating breakfast out on the deck, patio furniture was perfect, didn't get a chance to use the grill . pleasantly surprised there was a iron and ironing board( don't normally use on vacation) but were attending a wedding so it was useful . Very Quiet complex , outside well maintained, Excellent week

Newly updated and nicely decorated! very warm and welcoming, our family of 5 had plenty of room . loved eating breakfast out on the deck, patio furniture was perfect, didn't get a chance to use the grill . pleasantly surprised there was a iron and ironing board( don't normally use on vacation) but were attending a wedding so it was useful .
