In my opinion, this is the best hotel to stay at CDG. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and large. I saw pilots and air crew here, so there's a reason. I also like that they have items for purchase after the restaurant closes. I've stayed at Citizen M and the Sheraton and prefer this hotel.
More outlets for USB connectors would be huge. Most hotels haven't caught up with tech changes.

It was close to the airport
The front desk was not helpful and courteous there is no one to help with the luggages. Can’t reach the front desk from the room, the phone was not working
