Comfortable stay with no issues. Breakfast was nice as well.
The kitchenette was slightly sticky, but very minor. The door room locks can be more responsive as if the door shuts too fast they locks don’t activate in time. But this can be managed by being gentle.

I love everything, the mini kitchen was a plus if you want to eat your own food after you had enough of yummy pastries and delicious french cuisine. May I commend Ms Estelle who went above and beyond , helped me fill out very important documents online for nearly 2 hours . She patiently explained and interpreted french to english. She even gave us a treat as a family and special gifts to my daughter who unfortunately got her bag and mobile stolen in Eiffel Tower. This gesture from Ms Estelle made us all felt better and made the rest of our stay enjoyable .Thank you and you definitely deserve a promotion😊

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Good breakfast and good lounging area if you need to wait for a few hours after checkout.
The room I got was not made! Obviously I asked for a different room, and that one was cleaned, but it was very awkward, and the staff was not apologetic at all. Also, even though I put a do not disturb sign so I could sleep, the housekeeper came into my room... also awkward.

I liked the rooms, quiet and dark. The breakfast was okay and the location was perfect for my purpose.
The service was not great, asked for cleaning several times and got change off towels only once, so never even got cleaned (stayed for 5 nights). The room had some missing items that we were told was gonna get fixed but never happened. Breakfast buffet was sometimes extremely busy some mornings and the staff couldn’t keep it up, so it was messy and disgusting everywhere. Had to ask for refill of plates and cutlery several times.
