Simone was excellent with communication, sending clear and easy to understand instuctions of how to access the property and how to check in.
Simone provided options and clear information about how to get to the property.
When I informed him that my flight was delayed, he said it was not a problem and he would still be available to do the video call as required by law. ( this ended up being nearly 1am).
The apartment was excellent with everything you needed. The lovely touchs of 2 bottles of water in the fridge, some fruit and tea bags next to the kettle, ment so much to me after my flight was delayed by 2 hrs and I arrived at nearly 1am.
I would definity recommend and will be back to stay.

Very good location! Very convenient for getting around Bergamo and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easy check-in/check-out process. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful host – thank you so much, Simone! Good value for money.

Fantastic service, room cleaning (it was spotless every day) and a very friendly and helpful owner. Simone also prepared a little gift (%) for us to mark my birthday (which I hadn’t mentioned, and it really made a huge impression on me!). Next time I’m in Bergamo, I’ll definitely be popping in to see Simone again :)
