Our host was responsive and kind. He told us what to see in Bergamo and where to eat. Everything is nice and clean. Apartment is 2 minutes from the bus station to the city center.

We normally book hotels when we travel, but this time we saw the great reviews of Iride and decided to try something new (and which I’m so glad we did!!).
The host was very friendly and accommodating. He even printed out a map for us, explained how to get to the center/train station/bus, gave recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and even late dinner. Had a nice chat about our plans for the trip and he offered to help us navigate even in other cities. He even had slippers prepared for us!
The room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed.
There’s a little balcony, where we got to enjoy a coffee and plan for the day.

If money is the only reason that counts, this shared appt of three rooms is ideal for you.
The host is a bit weird and pushy if it comes to rules in the appt. Either he has had bad experiences with guests or simply does not trust the guests to be reasonable. Either way we felt uneasy around him, to say at least. Won't come back
