Nice clean room/facilities in a good location near to the railway station which was ideal for us as we were moving on the next day. The owner was very friendly and patient with us considering we had a delay through airport security, he gave us some good recommendations on how best to spend our time in Bergamo too.
Only slight complaint was that the room was a little hot but a fan had been provided and this could have just been down to adjusting to the temperature difference in Italy at the time compared to home.

Good location close to train and bus station. Staff very friendly.
It was a really hot day and the plug in fans didn’t really do much to cool the room. Could probably invest in some air conditioning units for hot summers
