Stunning 3 story beach house Five Bedrooms Great Room Expansive Kitchen Steps from Buccaneer Beach Large Garage Ocean View Roof Deck Bring your bikes and enjoy all the bike trails, the Village of Oceanside, the harbor and Restaurant Row City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules. 1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed. 2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children). A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans 3. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.

I would stay here again just to be near the Buccaneer Cafe!

Great views with comfortable beds & a well stocked kitchen. Boogie boards much appreciated! Good crosswalk with warning lights to get to the beach. Washer & dryer in good condition & worked well. Double car oversized garage. Kim responded quickly to all questions & concerns. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved this house! There was so much space and it was decorated so perfectly. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. The price was fair given the location and amenities. Great communication from the owner as well. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location! The great room is perfect for hanging out with a large group while cooking and chatting. We also loved sitting in the afternoon on the top deck enjoying food and beverage.

This property is spacious and located across the street from Bucanneer park (the kids loved the childrens playground) and access to the beach. This makes it very convenient for all ages. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing i found unusual is that the tvs do not have cable. Make sure you have your streaming account logins and passwords. The kitchen had no cutting boards, but otherwise everything you need to cook is there. They delivered cutting boards the day after our request.

Very nice location, property, and accessibility to ocean. Was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked, extra gear in the garage for playing at the beach.

We had a wonderful time! This is a huge house. We had two families - total of five kids. It is super close to Legoland and short drive to San Diego. Oceanside has a great vibe - very low key and easy going. Thanks! Would absolutely stay there again!

I had my sons and their family and siblings join me to celebrate my BIG birthday. Our days were filled with fun activities such as the Girls Surfing competition at the Oceanside pier. Spent time in Carlsbad strolling through the shops, had excellent food and listened to great music. Definitely will do it again.

We were a family of 12 and had plenty of room for all. The views are breathtaking especially from the master bedroom facing the ocean. The balcony overlooks the beautiful scenery its sooo relaxing! Despite the noise, the proximity of this house to the beach (less than a block away) and a great little park with a children's playground was wonderful for our family!
