Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $284 per night is a great choice for your next break. This lovely updated and newly painted family-friendly condo awaits in Islander Villas. This spectacular 4 BR/4 full BA top floor property is located in the quiet and picturesque West end of Ocean Isle Beach(OIB), NC. This spacious 3rd floor unit has a covered porch and a comfortable deck offering stunning views of sunsets, partial ocean and waterway views, the lagoon (often with fish, turtles and ducks present), and North Myrtle Beach in the distance. Residing on the top floor eliminates the noise of foot steps from anyone staying above. An elevator allows for convenient accessibility. The comfortable living room has a roomy sectional, wicker chairs, and a 50" smart HDTV with cable. The large dining table comfortably seats 6, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner including cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. Amenities include central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave, a newer energy efficient washer and dryer and wireless internet. All 4 BR's each have a private full bathroom, a flat screen television with cable, a ceiling fan, and newer comfy mattresses and bedding. The master BR features a king bed, private bath with 2 sinks and tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. BR 2 has a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower. BR's 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and a full bed and private baths with shower. Also included is access to the oceanfront pool at the nearby Isles Beach Club. The pool has a large deck space and lounge chairs, a hot tub, kiddie pool, restrooms and a poolside Tiki Bar and restaurant. The Isles Restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with the outdoor Tiki Bar offering lighter fare and drinks. Outdoor tennis/pickleball courts are also available at Islander Villas at no cost. The rate also includes departure cleaning and whole house disinfection prior to arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note: You can bring your own linens and towels or they can be rented from one of several local companies. We can provide contact information upon request. OIB is one of the most beautiful East Coast islands situated between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC (each approx. a 35-40 minute drive). From this beautiful top floor Islander Villas condo, it is an easy walk to lounge at the beach or to relax with a drink by the pool at the Isles Beach Club. The island also offers mini golf, a coastal museum, wave runner rentals, fishing off the pier, beach shops and several restaurants. Many more activities, stores, and nice restaurants exist just off the island including 36 championship golf courses within a very short driving distance for the golf enthusiasts. Everything was just as we hoped! Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Access to pool and pickle ball courts. The condo was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 of us. Small issue with the dryer was addressed promptly. Definitely would recommend

You need to replace your weather stripping around the doors in the living room. We had a bad storm Tuesday night and water was standing in the floor. Also the elevator needs a fan or something it was miserably hot. Other than that it was a great stay.

Check in was delayed because cleaners were delayed. One bedroom had a cigarette butt under a bed and room smelled like smoke. Another bedroom didn’t have a mattress cover. Overall the unit is great. It’s the second year we’ve stayed there.

Our family truly enjoyed staying here. It was nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo was very clean. Family enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony. Kitchen was fully furnished. Great location.

Ocean Isle is a beautiful island with everything you want to do on vacation. We enjoyed the arcade, souvenir shops, the pier and mini golf. From our house the beach was a 5-minute walk with kids. The beach wasn’t crowded and plenty of space for us to set up. The pool and pool house were a slightly longer walk but not bad at all. We rent a beach house every summer and this was one of the best!

Lots of space for our family to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and even had a Kuerig to brew one cup or a coffee maker to make a pot. Lots of cabinet space. Nice deck that over looks the canal with some huge fish! Close to the pool and beach and neither one was very crowded. Had to call the realty company about our trash that was not picked up on the day we arrived and they were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Family get away
Overall the condo was clean. The community pool was a bit disappointing as we found a mass of hair floating and then a bandage laying around for two days. We had some trouble with the door code when we checked in. Great location. We rented bikes for the week and used them daily to ride into town.

We were on the 3rd floor and they couldn't do the steps. I called the reality company and they seemed kinda annoyed that I kept called but I had to call them and they had to get in touch with the home owner and then the home owner had to turn around and get in touch with the elevator company, just alot of hoops to jump just to get the elevator fixed. The first time it was pretty quick but the second time took a whole day, which meant my grandparents couldn't leave the room that whole day which was a bummer seeing we had plans. Just a better communication would have made it easier and if I would have felt like my issues were important and not a bother, wouldn't have been a big deal if my grandparents wouldn't with us.

I feel like “Ocean View” was a stretch but the condo was clean and gorgeous. The AC went out but the staff were extremely quick to fix. But then the repair man got stuck in the elevator when it broke so…. But that was only a few hours. Overall very clean and nice and I was impressed with how attentive they were

Great condo, amazing beach.
We really enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and clean. We were very disappointed in the Isles Beach club. The hot tub was not working the whole week and the tiki bar closes at 5:30 due to being short staffed. This was ofcourse no fault of the owner. Also, just to caution others, this condo is on the top floor which made for amazing views. However, the elevator was broken most of the week. My dad had double knee replacement a couple of years ago so he struggled with the stairs. It was also hard if you like to come and go like we do. Again that was no fault of the owner and it was fixed on our last day. Our week was great. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this property and this beach location to anyone but especially to families. We hope to return!

Great last minute booking
We booked a last minute trip to OIB and this condo was perfect. The host was able to accommodate us on such short notice. The place suited us well. It was clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Great Getaway
The property was neat and clean, very comfortable beds. Happy that everyone had their own bathroom. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, it was as if we were in our own kitchen.

Well stocked kitchen has all the stuff you need for your stay. 4 large bedrooms each with their own bath was the nicest part of all - no one had to share a bathroom! Large rear deck, with plenty of outdoor seating, overlooks the pond with water feature. We saw ducks, heron, egrets, and a HUGE fish! Quiet community near the end of the island. One thing to note - NO sheets or towels were provided - also NO toilet paper or paper towels. We made sure to leave some for the next guests...

25 or so of us came down to Ocean Isle for a wedding. 7 of us stayed at this property. We found it to be very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Decor was very nice. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Our only gripe is that it was too far from the ocean. We never did figure out where the pool was located. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
