Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive villa for $285 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. New for 2023: New flooring throughout! Installed June 1, just in time for summer! Enjoy the sea breeze on the ocean-facing balcony with a glass of wine or take the shortest walk to the oceanfront pool, beach access and tiki bar! Located on the quiet, upscale west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The complex is part of Islander Villas, one of the newer accommodations on the island (built in 2000s). Each building includes 6 Villas and an elevator. Our Villa includes access to a large oceanfront pool at the Isles Beach Club. There are balconies located in the front and back of the Villa. One of the biggest advantages of our Villa is that it is the closest Villa in the entire Islander Resort to the oceanfront pool, Tiki Bar and Restaurant at the Isles Beach Club. This spacious 1,700 sqft Villa features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and 9ft ceilings throughout. With plenty of room to sleep 12, our Villa includes 2 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds. The Master Bedroom includes one king bed. The attached master bath includes dual vanity sinks with a jetted tub/shower combo. The second master bedroom includes one king bed, a mini-fridge and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 includes one queen, one full bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 has one queen bed and one full bed with an attached bathroom with shower. We have made some significant upgrades within the Villa already in 2018-2021 including: New stainless refrigerator New stainless microwave New stainless stove New stainless dishwasher New washer and dryer All new pots and pans Refreshed cable and upgraded high-speed internet and router New smart thermostat New dining table and chairs (seats 8) New additional king bed (which increased the occupancy count to 12 in beds) All new mattresses We love spending time in our villa and we think you will too! This home has a great balcony with an ocean view. It was great to have all of the kitchen basics including Keurig and pods. All bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The big complaint -- and certainly not to the owner of this condo -- was the yappy dogs next door. Really, if you can't keep your dogs moderately quiet leave then home or put on a bark collar!

The location and layout of the home were perfect for our extended family gathering. The home was clean and well appointed. All rooms are on one level which was great and the elevator was perfect to get my mom easily to the unit.

I've stayed at this condo in the past, the last time was 2020. It was great, but this time the condo seemed surface clean only, it was very dusty, blinds baseboards. We saw several dead roaches but also killed a few while we were there and quiet a few gnats. They were flying in your face wherever you were inside. The upgrades are very nice, beds were very comfortable. Nice appliances! I realize rentals get a lot of wear and tear but maybe need a little deep cleaning.

Enjoyed our stay for a family wedding weekend at the Ocean Isle Beach Club. Property was exactly as described. Great spaces for conversation inside and out. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings for 8 adults)l. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The only things that could be improved were the quality of linens proved by the linen service (would bring from home next visit) and the air in the primary bedroom (because the room is not connected to the central air, the separate wall unit in the room struggled to keep up with the humidity.) Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing it with us.

This place has it all! Excellent location! It's close to the beach club and pool as well as two beach access points. We loved the four bedrooms with the four bathrooms so everyone had their own space. Fully equipped kitchen and overall very well stocked condo. We loved having the use of beach chairs and umbrellas and played lots of bocce ball. Excellent place to stay at OIB!

This was our 4th or 5th annual stay at this property. It is very nice. There were a few minor bumps for the first time, but the owner helped quickly with each: door code did not work until he reset it, a shower door fell off but he sent a repair man, linen service provided wrong sheets on two beds but quickly replaced them.

This was our second year at this rental. We had 10 ladies from our church who enjoyed the unit and asking about it next year. Kitchen equipped with all our needs. Beds very comfy. We love the quite area. Recommend for large groups of 10+

I would have given a 5⭐️ but the elevator didn't work. Being that I brought my elderly mother who had a hip and knee replacement surgery, we had to go up 2 flights of stairs but once we got settled in we really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully next year this time we will have a chance at a wonderful stay.

Our family has stayed here several times now so we obviously love it. Always happy with our stay and with the owners. Having the elevator has always been a plus getting or things in and out. This trip I broke my foot our first night here so I was really happy we were here and no I didn’t break it in the condo. Great open floor plan and one level allowed for some quality family time. The complex is great and the 4 bedrooms with baths for each room is really nice. Porch area great and plenty of seating. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. nice appliances . convenient to pool and beach access.

So much room, we all enjoyed having our own bath & bedroom. Sitting out on the balcony in the early morning listening to the birds & seeing the water was very relaxing! If we head to OIB again will definitely use David’s condo again.

This property is nice. The bedrooms with two double beds are tight. Very little space in the closet. The kitchen is extremely nice and the furniture clean and comfortable. This was four couples and we all enjoyed our stay. Very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our week here. There were several families and the condo was spacious enough for us all. We loved that the pool and hot tub were just a short walk away. The beach was also just a short distance away. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including board games and beach toys. Being there in the off-season, many of the local shops and attractions closed early, but this just gave us more family time at night.

Our group stayed here for a getaway weekend to attend another friend's wedding in Calabash. We enjoyed cooking meals and eating at the large table. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Having coffee on the back deck watching the sunrise was very relaxing. The owner was attentive and responsive to our requests.
