About this condo rental
Situated in Apalachicola, this lovely condo for $265 per night is a great choice for your next break. This large open plan 2nd floor condo can sleep 4 comfortably in King Beds plus 2 more in a twin trundle bed and it's handily located right downtown Apalachicola. The Osprey has everything you might need for your weekend, week long or month long stay. The entire front window wall lets in the afternoon & sunset light. The large Master Suite features a soaking tub, step in shower, dual sinks and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo for privacy with the 2nd bath just outside the door. Additional amenities: Flat Screen TV, Wireless Internet, Offstreet assigned parking, Private Elevator, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, all linens provided. Large covered Veranda overlooking a city pocket park.

The location is perfect, the property is beautiful, and all our expectations were met and surpassed! This is our third trip to beautiful, peaceful, Apalachicola and each experience has surpassed the previous!

Went for the weekend with my family. The condo was very nice. The beds were the best! Was able to sleep very well. It was nicely decorated and the little private elevator was so cool! We enjoyed the oversized balcony. The only thing we needed was directions to operate TV. Lol We will definitely come back to this place! Can’t wait!

Perfect place to stay for two couples. The condo was roomy and the balcony was awesome. We loved the location and could walk to many bars, restaurants and shops. We've traveled to Apalach once a year for the past 6 years and this is probably our favorite place that we've stay.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location! It was comfortable, roomy, and tastefully decorated. So much better than a cookie cutter hotel! Having a balcony and an elevator directly into the apartment were added pluses.! I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I and our daughter and her husband syayed in Osprey for 5 nights recently and could not have have had a better introduction to the Forgotten Coast. The space is beautiful and comfortable. The decoration and artwork are both upscale and cozy. Kathy is an incredibly thoughtful host and even provided coffee and filters which were a life saver our first morning. The Apalachicola area is a delightful change from the tourist slammed Hwy 98 and 30A to the West. The community is so friendly that when I lost my key a store owner contacted Kathy who immediately called me and saved me from trying to retrace my steps all over town. All of the food we hadThe food in the area was excellent. We had a great evening at an upstairs restaurant/bar named Up to No Good. And I recommend that you grab any sandwich on the menu at Bite Me Deli before heading over to the beaches on Saint George Island. We hope to get back to the area soon and stay at Ospery again.

We loved the Osprey! It was all we expected it to be and then some!
We ate, shopped, played cards and laughed until our sides hurt! We had such a Wonderful Time! Hope to make it an annual Trip!

Two minute walk to everything in downtown, quiet area, we really enjoyed the place.

Enjoyed our weekend! Trundle did not come out- mattress on top was laying on the mattress in the trundle. Couch sleeps fine though. :). Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Kathy was very helpful during our reservation process and the rescheduling due to COVID. And she was right - the sunrise is phenomenal and worth getting up for!
