We could not have been happier. This place is beautiful. Betsey was great to work with. Very good communication. The place is very clean and everything was updated. I can't think of anything I would change. Walking distance to lots of shopping and to the river. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Betsey for sharing your home with us.

Great location and perfect for my husband and me and two friends. Loved the layout of the condo and the decor. The ice machine didn't work too well. Other than that, we didn't have any issues. The primary bathroom was so spacious! Loved the patio and the patio furniture.

I already knew from the listing the property was special. I just didn't now HOW special until we arrived. Mrs. Betsey shares far more with you than she is required to as a host. As a former super host of seven years, I thought I went above and beyond for my guests with all the extras and special attention to small details. I was proven very wrong by Mrs. Betsey. She is sharing a very loved, very soulful and personal space. She doesn't even know you and you are getting the special guest treatment. Many, many details reminded me, too, of my great grandmothers and a more formal time of entertaining, all of which made me smile. Coffee on the balcony watching the boats go by was my favorite, but there were many, many other things I could also list. Thank you for sharing, Mrs. Betsey. We hope to return to your amazing space.

We go somewhere every year, these friends and I. This year’s getaway did NOT disappoint! Ms. Martin did everything and the result was a weekend of great food, great friends, and a great time. The elevator helped us immensely; the location was sooo convenient; the decor and amenities were spot on and the corner view was worth at least a cup of coffee every morning! I hate to announce a wonderful places like this for fear it will become so popular!!!! ❤️

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this very clean spacious condo. Loved the river views and large balcony. It is centrally located right in town and walkable to all the nice shops, galleries, and restaurants. In the evening we enjoyed watching movies on the giant livingroom tv with surround sound. Great communication with owner !

This was the perfect stay for my Momma and I on our first trip to Apalachicola! The elevator was perfect for us mature ladies! We enjoyed watching the river, birds, and fishing boats from the balcony. The condo is very well appointed, and the beds super comfortable. I will be back!

Very clean, very convenient, and well-equipped! I will have to give the owner/mgr the HIGHEST ratings for communication as well! An old buddy and I came down to go fishing . . . and we did! I hope we can do this again.

What a wonderful spot! Beautiful views, great location. Betsey a phone call away and very helpful. Townhouse was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All the amenities of home. Even enjoyed the live music across the street. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Betsey!!

Check in was a breeze. The elevator was an enormous help with luggage and guests with mobility issues. All furnishings were in great shape; nothing left out or forgotten! The sound system was incredible, and we enjoyed listening to music at night. We will definitely book again the next time we travel to Appalachicola. Betsey was just a phone call away and was a great help when we had an issue with the front door. (My mistake, but she thought of everything and had planned ahead for such instances) We LOVED our stay! Thank you, Betsey.

Very conveniently located to bars, live music and eateries. The property was immaculate with everything provided to make your stay comfortable, even an elevator to help us old folk to not have to climb 22 stairs!
