Molto bella la camera, confortevole e attrezzata di tutto, c'erano anche le ciabatte a disposizione, non mi era mai capitato di trovarle negli alloggi, fondamentale e molto utile, (zona verde ma troppe zanzare), la zanzariera elettrica, presente sia in camera che nell'ingresso/cucina comune a tutti gli ospiti, nell'ingresso c'è un mobile attrezzato sia con la lavatrice che l'asciugatrice. Ogni camera ha un suo cortiletto con tavolino e sedie, una poltroncina e a disposizione anche uno stendino. Raggiungibile facilmente dalla Via Aurelia ben collegata con mezzi pubblici.
Molto apprezzabile la zona verde ma troppe zanzare, consiglio di attrezzarsi di repellenti, non tanto in casa ma nelle zone limitrofe.

It is a comfortable room in a very nice area. I loved the garden area so I could relax and do some work in the evenings. The host was absolutely amazing. Accommodated all of my needs especially the laundry. Service was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It was pleasant when you walked in.
Couldn’t find signage for Garden Rooms at the premises. Then difficult to get into the complex as Internet poor in area and getting code up on app for quite awhile. Finally get to the key box and the key flew out under the main door and we had to find something to scoop it back.
Nice to have a coffee and nice little communal kitchen. There was only one towel left for a couple. The sheets didn’t look particularly clean quite crumpled. The mattress is extra soft bed and you rolled to the middle all the time. There was even a biscuit crumb or similar at the bottom of the bed.
The toilet seat wasn’t the right one for toilet it moved everywhere and the handle to pull the cavity door shut came off in my finger. This is a guest house but couldn’t see any fire smoke detectors in room 5.
