Location is good. There is metro closeby and a mall. Romms are spacious. It is easy to check in. TVs have smart tv. There is a kettle in the room.

It was very clean and quiet in a very busy part of the city. I appreciated Alessandra‘s quick responses to my communications!
I wondered why there was no bar with coat hangers on which to hang clothes in the vestibule at the entrance to the room. Also, very curious why the bathroom mirror was positioned above where it would be easier for people of normal height to use. An extra blanket would have been nice.

The shared kitchen was a nice given the lack of restaurants or cafes near the hotel. Bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished.
Location particularly for someone with mobility issues. Whilst the apartment has a lift you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach the lifts. Street nearby has stairs you have to navigate to reach the nearest bus stop. Buses in Rome are so overcrowded it was often impossible to get on with a wheelchair. The apartment is convenient for the Vatican. Apartment would be ok for able bodied person but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues
