It was very clean and it felt very private but would have preferred a room with a balcony door as seen in pictures and expected
There was neighbour doing some repairs on their balcony I guess and could hear them working from very early in the morning and throughout the day

Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin.
Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y terminamos llegando recién a las 2 de la madrugada, pero aun así nos recibieron con mucha calidez y buena predisposición, algo que valoramos muchísimo después de un viaje largo. La atención en general fue de 10 durante toda la estadía.
La habitación superó nuestras expectativas: muy linda, impecablemente limpia y sumamente cómoda. Las camas, de excelente calidad, hicieron que descansáramos muy bien todas las noches. El baño también nos sorprendió gratamente, totalmente renovado y muy prolijo. En general, se nota que todo el alojamiento fue actualizado recientemente, con terminaciones modernas y muy buen mantenimiento.
En cuanto a la ubicación, no podíamos pedir más: la zona es muy linda, tranquila y muy silenciosa para dormir, y a la vez está súper bien conectada. A pocas cuadras hay un centro comercial con un supermercado inmenso y muchos locales, ideal para hacer compras o resolver cualquier cosa rápido. Además, está cerca de una estación de metro y los autobuses pasan con mucha frecuencia, así que moverse por Roma fue siempre fácil y rápido.
Un punto extra fue la cocina compartida, con heladera disponible para guardar los alimentos, algo realmente práctico para quienes viajan y quieren cocinar o simplemente guardar algunas cosas.
Nada que destacar, todo estuvo muy bien.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier. Das Zimmer mit Bad und Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr groß, größer als erwartet. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
In der Küche war zwar alles vorhanden, was man braucht,um sich auch mal eine kleine Mahlzeit zu kochen, aber man könnte mit etwas Deko oder Bildern an den Wänden...so viel mehr aus dem großen Salon mit Küche machen.... Das ist aber letztlich auch so voll in Ordnung, denn die meisten Menschen werden eh den ganzen Tag in Rom unterwegs sein.
Neben dem Haus gibt's einen eigenen abgesperrten Parkplatz. So kann man auch die nahegelegene Metro (Linie A, Station Valle Aurelia) nehmen und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen.
Wir sind früh am Morgen zum Petersdom gelaufen, dafür braucht man ca 25 Minuten.
Für unseren nächsten Rom-aufenthalt wurden wir gerne wieder bei Alessandra übernachten - eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Herzlichen Dank!

The shared kitchen was a nice given the lack of restaurants or cafes near the hotel. Bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished.
Location particularly for someone with mobility issues. Whilst the apartment has a lift you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach the lifts. Street nearby has stairs you have to navigate to reach the nearest bus stop. Buses in Rome are so overcrowded it was often impossible to get on with a wheelchair. The apartment is convenient for the Vatican. Apartment would be ok for able bodied person but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues
