Cleanliness and location
The main apartment door key did not work, we had to contact staff to let us in on every occasion which was annoying, however Sonia did respond asap on every occasion except one

La struttura è accogliente, pulita, ed è locata in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici e per la vita di tutti i giorni adiacente a negozi e ristoranti.

Quando abbiamo chiamato per dire che eravamo arrivati, ha risposto dicendo che c'era stato un problema elettrico (probabilmente nell'appartamento, perché nel palazzo non c'erano problemi) e ci reindirizzava da un suo amico dall'altra parte di Roma.
Quindi, tutto sommato, ha risolto il problema.
Il fatto di avere già trovato una soluzione, fa presupporre che il problema non si era appena verificato. Avremmo preferito essere avvisati prima e non quando avevamo già lasciato la macchina in autorimessa ( da lei indicata), molto distante rispetto alla nuova camera.
Peccato.
