This well appointed 1 bedroom unit is perfectly situated in the trendy Lower Lonsdale area. Walking distance to everything! Only 1 block away from Lonsdale Quay and the Sea Bus terminal which will have you in downtown Vancouver in 12 min. Close to many local ski mountains and only a 2 hour drive from Whistler! The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a pullout sofa in the living room. Free wifi along with 2 flat screen Tvs both with Netflix! The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances and insuite laundry. Parking is also avaliable in secure underground parking garage for an additional $20/ day. Please note we do not allow early luggage drop off All linens towels and hotel amenities included. Large balcony with beautiful view! This apartment is perfect for the business traveler or a small family!

The apartment was exactly as described. Perfect for us visiting our son in North Vancouver. The location near shops, restaurants, transport etc was great and the apartment was spacious and well stocked with appliances etc. my only gripe was the bedding… the linen felt unwashed and lacked any scent of freshness. The doona and matching pillow cases also had an unwashed odour about them. A staleness perhaps! The quality and size of the bath towels was also disappointing.

I had an allergic reaction to something on the couch. I think it was my cat allergy, though the host reports a no pet policy. I think it could have been a guest of the previous renter, who might have had cat dander on their clothes. The host did return some of my expenses though with some difficulty. VRBO had to step in to insure the return of funds. I think the remedy might be cleaning fabric furniture more thoroughly.

I have never stayed at vrbo property before. We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment (from a one bedroom). The place was clean, instructions on checking in and out, as well as expectations were clear. Building was very quiet. No a/c, but it wasn't smoking hot during our stay anyway. Great area. Would stay here again!

Apartment is modern, bright and clean, located near the Lonsdale wharf. Good restaurant and shops nearby, as is the Seabus to downtown. Unit has no air conditioning so summer visits can be a bit warm, but fans help. The balcony was great.

Lovely property right in the middle of the action, but quiet and relaxing. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was such a treat. Thank you for a great place to explore Vancouver!

We were very happy in all regards. Communication was easy, clear and concise! A lovely bonus of being upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was a nice added bonus. Parking was great to have in the building and would recommend this location. Driving to downtown wasn’t long and it was a nice opportunity to see the area

Excellent location, safe, quiet building. Nice to have a full kitchen, although some plastic food storage containers would have been helpful. Candace was readily available when I had questions. My only complaints are related to the bedroom, which is reflective of the 3 star rating. The window faces a courtyard that is well-lit all night, and the blinds let all the light through. Easily fixed with black out curtains. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and I slept on the couch a few nights. A memory foam topper would easily remedy that issue

We wanted somewhere close to all of the facilities of Lower Lonsdale, and also handy for the Seabus and the bus interchange. This apartment was perfect for us. The apartment provided everything that we needed and provided more space than we had anticipated.

Excellent two night stay. Apartment is like new, clean and spacious. Close to everything. Host was super accommodating of my request for early checkin that turned out to be a super late checkin, thanks to the airline.

Stayed for 10 nights. Great location near the Seabus terminal. Expected better views from the listing but on 2nd floor facing street, not water and Downtown. Pity. Parking space essential as time restricted parking nearby prohibits daytime parking of more than 2hours. Convenient for Shioyard restaurants and bars. Would recommend.

My check in was very frustrating. I was told in the beginning that my truck would not fit in underground parking but there would be lots of parking on the street. There was absolutely no parking anywhere.I wasted so much time driving around looking for one. I then contacted the property manager who told me there was infact a parking spot I could use that was underground and guys park trucks there all the time. She then spoke to me like I was an idiot even though she was the one who sent me the instructions in the wrong order so it did not make sense to me. And the door was not open like she said it would be.

The location is fantastic, above a lushly treed street and with view of the mountains, and within a quick walk to Lonsdale Quay and the Shipyard, with panoramic downtown Vancouver views, live music, street food, waterfront walks, public markets, and all the coffee, dining, and shopping a person could desire. The Seabus and bus loop are within minutes, and that got us quickly and efficiently to Gastown attractions and up to the Grouse Mountain gondola within 20 minutes for hiking, entertainment, and a romantic dinner above the Vancouver city lights. Check-in procedures at first seemed a bit complicated, but were actually accurate and straightforward in the end. A request for a last minute change to our booking due to unexpected circumstances, which the host was not under any obligation to honour, was handled graciously and generously by Candace. Her communications were prompt and on point. The suite is fully equipped and clean. It has a covered balcony dining area we enjoyed. Expect to take your garbage and recycling down to the parking garage, but that was no problem. The only (short) issue we had was that we initially had trouble logging into Wi-Fi as the password was written as uppercase, but was actually lowercase letters. In summary, it's a great place to stay.
