Modern and luxury apartment on the first floor, on 2 floors, with beautiful sea views and a spectacular panoramic view over the south coast of Tenerife, as well as the neighboring islands of La Gomera and El Hierro.
The apartment consists of two large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, a spacious living room, modern furniture, 2 large balconies with seating, dining table, and equipped modern and functional kitchen with ceramic hob, silestone worktop, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge.
The complex has a spa, gym, beautiful large pool area, sauna and a putting green.
Playa del Duque is a very popular white sandy beach and is about 20 minutes along the coast.

The apartment was really clean, well maintained and had everything you could need. The garage space for a hire car was really helpful. You are next to tennis and Padel courts, but the noise didn’t cause us any issues. The hill; it was fairly steep, but ok. I wouldn’t fancy doing it with shopping though - so the rental car was great!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nice. A highlight is the huge pool, which is never crowded. It is not heated. The view is a bit different, than the pictures. At first you see the sport center and then an area of plannedconstruc

We have just spent a wonderful week in this property and would highly recommend this property to any one else wishing to rent a high class apartment with fabulous sea views and everything you could wish for in this lovely property. Everything is so organised, Edna who welcomed us was brilliant and was on hand if we ever needed anything at all, the property is set in a very private secure lovely complex, all in all I cannot speak highly enough of the apartment and everything associated with it, thank you for letting us rent this fabulous place.
