The open-plan cottage has a comfortable living area and dining space. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and dining essentials.

Relax on the covered deck, enjoy an outdoor meal or use the BBQ while taking in the garden setting.

The combined laundry bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the cottage, garden, covered deck and BBQ. A single carport is available within the gated grounds.



The cottage interior is single level, with one step up to the front deck. Please close the front gate at night to help keep kangaroos out of the garden.



𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻



Self-check-in is available using the lockbox at the property, so you can arrive at your convenience from check-in time. If you prefer, we’d be happy to meet you on arrival by prior arrangement, until 4 pm Monday to Friday or 3 pm on Saturdays. We can give you a brief tour and answer any questions about the property, its features and Tuross Head in general.



Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Please let us know if you expect to arrive late.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Hills is in Old Tuross, close to Tuross Lake, the coastal pathway, local beaches, the boat ramp and village shops. Enjoy the area's coastal setting, with opportunities for fishing, walking, cycling and golf during your stay.



Getting Around:

Local pathways provide walking and cycling access to nearby beaches and village shops. A single carport is available within the gated grounds for guests travelling by car.

• The cottage has one queen bedroom and is not configured for children or infants; no cot or child facilities are supplied.



Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and personal toiletries.



𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀

• No smoking or vaping.

• No parties or events.

• No unregistered overnight visitors.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am each day.



𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀

Pets are considered only with prior written approval; approval is not guaranteed. If approved, a $55 fee applies per pet, per booking. Pets must be house-trained and are not permitted in the bedroom or on beds or furniture. Please bring your pet's bedding, bowls and supplies. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 15 minutes.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

Blue Hills accommodates a maximum of two registered guests. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on your booking.



Please include all guests when booking.



𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆

A minimum stay of 4 nights applies, increasing to 7 nights during peak season. Minimum-stay requirements are subject to change; please check the property calendar for your selected dates when booking.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 51% of the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This payment, together with completion of your guest registration, confirms your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• If payment is declined on three occasions, the booking will be cancelled.



𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗲

A non-refundable booking fee of $55 applies to each reservation.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁

A single $500 pre-authorisation hold is placed on your card as the refundable security deposit for Blue Hills. All security deposits are released within 48hrs unless withheld to cover damages.

Your booking is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time you book. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
