What a lovely hotel; I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, offering me a free bottle of water from the fridge. The room was clean and smart, nice en-suite. Great location for my purposes and at the top of a street full of useful shops. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
i was woken up by other guests arriving at 2am; but i guess this could happen in any hotel really...

Grate location, very clean, had a refrigerator in the room that was super!
Air-conditioning would have been nice but fans were provided. The bed was a bit too hard for me, this impacted on the quality of sleep/rest.

As other reviews have said, the staff can't be faulted. They were welcoming and helpful
It is a very tired hotel, in need of redecoration. The breakfast is almost non-existent. There was a selection of open cereal packets; I had some slightly stale "Fruit & Fibre" with milk. No yoghurt. Instant coffee. I didn't see any bread or pastries (but I didn't ask). It is not VAT registered so, if travelling for business, a £100 room is equivalent to a £120 room in VAT registered property. I think there are better value hotels around
