Very bright penthouse, recently renovated, on the fourth floor and on the beachfront in the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença. It consists of large semi-covered terrace, with wooden parquet floor and outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the unbeatable views offered by the bay. The modern design apartment and wooden floors consist of an open, fully equipped kitchen, a room with a built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a large shower space. It has very modern furniture with hot / cold air conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the center of the Port of Pollença. Ideal for couples. Well equipped, contemporary and very comfortable apartment. The views were amazing from dawn to dusk. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be planning a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in P d' P. The apartment was perfect for our stay of one week. There is no lift so don't take 24kg suitcase luggage (doh!). Breakfast overlooking the sea / sunrise and marina was magical. We went out of season, there was still plenty to see and do. We would definitely visit again.

The Apartment is just like shown in all the pictures. It is really big an nicely furnitured. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is both stylish and also well equipped. We cooked a lot and there‘s everything in the kitchen we needed (even to make a birthday cake). But the absolutely best thing is the roof top lodgia where we watched the sunrise every morning. The Location was also uncompareable, since we hat a car rented we visited some other Citys, but for us puerto Pollensa has the best size and view at the ocean.
Also the owner of the Apartment is very friendly and cared a lot about us and of we needed anything. There is nothing that could have made this vacation any better.

The apartment is substantial with a terrific balcony and outdoor seating/dining area with views across the bay and the bustling boulevard below.
The climb up 4 floors is challenging (particularly for elderly or infirm), but once there is well worth it!

My husband and I were wowed by everything to do with this stunning apartment. The views, the layout, the amenities (air con and fridge get special A++++ votes), we didn’t want for anything. Most spectacular of all is that outside space with its various seating areas and of course the most incredible view. We tried to book In for next year but our dates had already gone. We very much hope to be back.

This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Modern, bright and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of cutlery and crockery, a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The towels were clean and fresh, including beach towels, the bed was comfy, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Whilst it is in the centre of the resort we had no noise at all, it is up high so lovely and quiet.
We arrived late and found the apartment easily, with easy access using a key safe, although we were offered a personal check in we had wanted it. The owner was available throughout, but not really needed, and communication before the holiday was very efficient.
But for this apartment it’s all about the terrace and that view! The terrace was large with sofa’s, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. I could sit for hours and watch either the boats in the harbour or stand near the glass frontage and people watch down below. Yes there are 66 steps to get there, not a problem for us, but definitely worth every step for the view. If I came back to Puerto Pollensa I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was exactly as presented in the listing. The apartment was spacious and clean. The balcony was amazing! Comfortable to lounge out there and had an incredible view.
Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to Port de Pollença.
The location was right on the boardwalk next to the beach and near all of the restaurants, bars, and shops.
The air conditioning worked 100%, which was important considering the very hot weather.
The shower was great with reliable water pressure and the bathroom had plenty of counter space for toiletries.
There was a laundry machine to wash clothes.
The kitchen had pots/pans, a toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
The check-in process was seamless. Maria had very good communication and responded via WhatsApp right away with any questions I had.
We rented a car and finding street parking was not too difficult (it’s free). You do have to bring your luggage up a few flight of stairs just as an FYI but it’s only a one-time workout :)

The apartment was more spacious in real life, fantastically equipped with an outstanding terrace looking out over the Med and Maria and her husband could not have been more helpful. Please note, along with other reviews, that you feel you are fit enough for the four floors of stairs in high temperatures!

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, stylish.. Maria has thought of everything.
Her communication is excellent and answers queries promptly, the perfect host.
Maria and her husband were there to greet us and he carried our very heavy case up the 64 steps!
Great location, although it is in busy spot it is very quiet. Good to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. It is perfect, we had a lovely week and hope to go back.

Beautiful property, renovated to a high standard, absolutely spotless actually much cleaner than nearby hotels we've stayed in, linens and towels smelt gorgeous too. Lovely hideaway right in heart of everything has all you need. The terrace is amazing, views out over the bay are magical.

Absolutely loved this apartment with amazing views , all amenities and air con that was much appreciated. There isn’t a lift but even though we weren’t the fittest going up the four flights of stairs was well worth it for a fabulous apartment. We loved it ! Stayed in lots of apartments in Puerto Pollensa and this beats them all. Maria the host was great . We will definitely be back .

From booking to arrival the process was great. The apartment is exactly the way it is described and it fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic as is the views from the balcony.

Maria and her husband were friendly and responsive throughout the booking process and also once we were there. We were met and helped with our bags up to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and so much care and attention has gone into making it a comfortable and stylish place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there was always plenty of hot water for showers and washing up although there is a dishwasher provided. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, which was fine for us but obviously not suitable for some. Despite being tight in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Pinewalk, the apartment was peaceful and we were never disturbed by noise. So you have the best of both worlds. The terrace is the steals the show with plenty of comfortable seating, and the most incredible view across the whole bay of Puerto Pollensa. We would highly recommend a stay here to anyone and hope to return ourselves. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Outstanding apartment with a fantastic view of the bay. Owners were so easy to communicate with as because of covid we had to rebook the holiday on 3 other occasions. Met owners who were lovely. Apartment was modern and clean. Will hopefully be going back.

This apartment is a gem. It is beautifully designed and enviably located with a fabulous vista over yachts, the bay of Pollensa and North Mallorca's mighty mountain ranges. You are also surrounded by excellent restaurants and wonderful beaches, and an easy and civilised air that you seldom associate with seaside resorts. Couple all this with wonderful owners - Maria and her husband are a delight - and we could not have been happier. This was our third attempt - our trip was continually postponed by the pandemic - and it was so worth the wait.

Great apartment with an amazing terrace. The view is amazing and we just sat for hours enjoying the view and the sun.
Maria was a great host. She gave us good directions to free parking and answered all our questions fast.
The area was nice with many restaurants. Try the tapas in the restaurant downstairs Eumoll37 is was very nice.

Lovely stay (even without the sun)
Fabulous top floor apartment which is just perfect for 2 people. The terrace area is amazing…sadly the weather didn’t give us much chance of using it. We would definitely return to this apartment again. I think the challenge will be finding a week when it is available!

A perfect base for a cycling break
We had a week cycling in Mallorca and Maria arranged a lock up room on the ground floor for our bikes which was perfect. We were right next door to Bike Island who rented us great road bikes, and also next to Cafe 1919 for post ride refreshments!
