About this cabin rental
Nestled in Vermont, this lovely cabin for $895 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We are taking your health seriously and implementing extra steps to make sure the property in fully sanitized between renters. This luxurious interior, open layout, real log cabin built from Canadian slow grown trees that are over 200 years old. This is a rare find. This three story house, snuggled in rustic terrain on five private acres hidden behind private iron ornate gates. The master en suite bedroom spread out on the entire 3rd floor over 1400 square feet. There're four others bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms), a great room with 30' ceiling and fireplace , and a man cave/ screening room with a fire places. The entire floor is heat by radiant heating allowing you to walk in your socks warming your feet. A gourmet kitchen with a 10 foot maple top butcher block island on the main floor stocked with every appliance and an additional full kitchen on the first floor along side the man cave screening room with a 10 foot bar, pool table, air hockey table, foos ball table and a projector and screen to watch in your theater seats, wrapped in faux fur. Outside theres a 1000 SF deck with another 10' bar and grill with tables and chairs to meet and enjoy your guest. This is one of the largest homes in the area. Plenty of room for families reunions, bachelor/bridal parties and gathering for people to add great memoirs. Guests will have access to the entire property except guest house, unless specifically rented along with main house. Im available 24/7 on the phone for any questions. Other wise you have complete privacy... Private street, away from city life, yet just 20 minutes away from Burlington and 30 minutes to skiing. While driving to the house, amazing views of the leaves changing or snowy forest. During the winter, curved driveway leaves a picturesque, Christmas card view. Guest aren't stuck only skiing or down town Burlington. You have both. Down town Burlington provides shopping, beer tours, restaurants, coffee shops, brunching, scenic lakeside walkabouts and the famous Church Street. Looking at the property online I thought to myself no way is this real. Our jaws were on the floor when we walked in. A quiet and beautiful large log cabin with all the amenities you could need for a great visit. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day in a Burlington. The owner provides records to fill the large open main area with music while cooking and hanging out. The pool table downstairs was a great addition, my bachelor party group spent hours playing. The beds are super comfortable and there is almost a bathroom for each bedroom. This house would be great for a few couples to go and hang together.
The owner, Dino, was very responsive. We chatted several times through the stay and he wanted to address any issues and did several times immediately. It was wonderful to rent from him and I would again if the need ever arose.
There is grocery shopping nearby and would encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful chef’s kitchen.

This is an amazing property, and the cabin is even more spacious and impressive than in the pictures! The surroundings are quiet, calming, and peaceful, the accomodations are very comfortable, and the property is close enough to plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. We came here with family ages 7-75 and had a great time. The host, Dino, was very welcoming and super responsive for the entire length of our stay. We will book this cabin next time we visit the area.

We chose this house as we needed enough room for a family group attending a wedding in Burlington. We had more than enough room and only wish we'd been able to spend more time there to take advantage of all it offers, such as the game room, movie theater, and wonderful kitchen for cooking. We did not use the guest cottage, but it looked very cute. The host, Dino, is beyond nice and accommodating to all of our needs. Can't say enough good things about him and the house!

From the secure gated entry to the soaring pines surrounding the property, this secluded getaway is perfect for your friends and family vacation. We were greeted with snacks, cold drinks and a giant jar of Oreo's while we discovered this rustic cabin style home's huge rooms filled with movie memorabilia, comfortable furniture and a chefs dream kitchen. Just a short, scenic drive to town for incredible shopping and a sunset dinner cruise. We all loved our stay and would definitely visit again!

I booked this for a large group of friends for a celebration/ Getaway. First Dino was extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. The cabin was large and well kept and looked exactly like the picutres, the rules were simple and clearly conveyed to us from Dino and he offered to give us local recommendations for the group. Burlington is a close drive and that’s where we did most of our day trips. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a unique place to stay and Dino made it just that much better.

Very spacious house that’s perfect for large groups. We had 7 people in town for a pond hockey tournament and all 7 had their own bed (we also reserved the guest house). Dino was really easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

We booked this property for Christmas vaca. Day of check in we were told property lost power. We never got to stay at the property. The owner is refusing to refund our money when it was 100% his fault that we were unable to stay. We rented a nearby hotel for one night and then drove home. After many calls with owner and Vrbo , Vrbo told owner to refund us and Dino ( owner ) is still refusing. It’s so upsetting we are not a wealthy family, we just needed a Christmas away from home this year. My brother passed away and this was our 1st Christmas without him. We just want our money back so we can go on a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time, I got engaged here and the cabin was just what we needed for a big family celebration. The owner was helpful and nice. We would love to stay here again. It was close to some breweries and down town Burlington. Overall this was a GREAT experience and would recommend this cabin to anyone!

We contacted the homeowner upon arrival as directed to gain access to the property and it was very simple. The homeowner walked me through the property over the phone and explained to me that if we needed help at anytime to just reach out and he would help us. The house had a lot to it and I had to reach out a few times about getting things turned on properly and the property owner was quick to respond and with very easy to follow instructions. During the trip we even had a problem with the central air and the property owner had someone there the next day who had everything fixed and operating correctly very quickly. We spent the majority of the weekend in the house watching movies, playing games in the downstairs man cave, and having a nice outside fire. I personally cooked a large prime rib dinner with baked potatoes, and a vegetable and the kitchen in this home on the main floor is prepared for a chef to come in and cook. I have worked in a lot of other kitchens in rental properties and I will tell you this kitchen had everything you could need. The other guests said all the beds were comfortable and no one had any complaints. The cleaning up to exit the home was very easy to follow and as a group went really quick. This property is perfect for a nice getaway with your friends and away from the city. If you want to go to Burlington you are maybe 20 minutes away at most and if you need anything else multiple markets and small stores are all within a 5 minute drive. One of the best properties I have ever rented and we will most likely look into renting it again in the future.

We had the record player going nearly the whole time, which is something we won't forget.
The kids enjoyed sledding right outside, away from the road and safe.
The game room and jacuzzi are on the same level as the bar and a second kitchen - terrific for adult fun while the kids were asleep. Pro tip - if your stay includes kids, put them in the rooms close to the kitchen so adults can hang out downstairs after bedtime.

Wow - A Wonderful Retreat and College Send-Off
We needed to find a place to stay for our daughter's college drop-off process. This was one of the few places available within a reasonable distance of Burlington, so we decided this would be a nice treat for the family. This place far exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, a total treat for a family of four including two teenage daughters not easy to impress. Our college daughter thought this was the perfect send-off. Although this property could easily handle 10 guests, for 4 guests it was like a wonderful executive retreat. We were very impressed with the environmental systems and engineering that went into the property. Our only suggestions for improvement would be a larger coffee pot, and more instructions on how to use the various media centers in the house. We will be coming back!
