The tasteful villa with a beautiful pool and a spacious plot of almost 700m² is located near the small village of La Marina in the middle of a holiday development.
The well-kept garden invites you for Barbecue and relax.
The winter garden at the house allows you to relax and retreat even on windy and rainy days.
The property is not visible from the outside as it is surrounded by a wall and thus protects privacy.
All rooms in the house are on one level and have blinds and fly screens.
Next to a comfortable living and dining room with TV/DVD/CD player, two sofas and a dining area is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets. Overall, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
The towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar are about 10 minutes away.
The airport in Alicante can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.
You can reach El Pinet beach in about 10 minutes.
There are also some golf courses nearby.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa. Everything you could possibly need, well equipped, spotless, great location and we particularly loved the outdoor space with the lovely pool and seating area which was so nice in the evening having dinner and playing some cards! Communication with Michael was great and checking in and out was super easy. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and letting us stay in your beautiful home

Great host, we loved the villa. Good communication. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in for a family. The outside space is great with 2 seating areas around the pool. We found the villa to have everything we needed. The location is brilliant, and I would recommend a car as there is so much to do. We will be returning

Excellent accommodation. Everything one would need without overloading a suitcase (if flying in). We had a few minor problems but these were soon sorted, quickly, by Michael.

I travelled with my mum and two daughters. The villa was spotless and exactly as described. The pool was wonderful. We didn't have a car, but shops and restaurants were a five minute walk. Would return in a heartbeat, was just the perfect holiday.
