Great location. Big room. Amazing view. Has elevator.
Milly was very friendly and helpful
No mirror to get dressed.
No working safe to put valuables (it was broken)
No option to store suitcases when you have to check out.

Staying here was an absolute delight! The room is stunning, with incredible, authentic Venetian style that creates a truly magical atmosphere. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautifully detailed.
A special thank you to the host for being so kind and responsive. We were especially grateful for their help in solving our issue with the iron—such exceptional customer care and hospitality made all the difference! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Apartamento amplio, bien ubicado, y limpio. Cerca a la Basílica de San Marcos, y a los sitios emblemáticos. Dispone de aire acondicionado que es de agradecer en época de verano por el calor asfixiante.
La única pega es que hay que moverse en vaporeto para poder llegar. Supermercados no hay apenas, el único que hay es cruzando un puente grande y luego para cargar con las bolsas es complicado.

Отличное расположение, удобно посещать все достопримечательности. В нашем номере было тихо, ни чего не мешало отдыхать.
В номере плохо убрано, под кроватью было не убрано вообще. Постельное бельё в пятнах и с дырками, прикроватная розетка не работала. Правда после моих замечаний хостес прислала уборщика на следующий день, он убрал и поменял постельное бельё.
