The location was perfect. Just a few steps away from San Angelo stop which was great with heavy cases. Around the corner from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes to San Marco Piazza

The location was great and the room is spacious and has pretty much everything you need. The balcony is a nice place to relax in. The AC is great! Works very well and gets the room cold very quickly after a day out in the heat exploring.
Only thing we thought was missing was wine glasses but we bought some and left them there so hopefully next guests can use them :) We needed a later check out which was no trouble and no extra charge.
When we arrived we were supposed to find a private water taxi the host had booked us but there was non and we ended up getting one ourselves. The host was supposed to meet us at S. Angelo stop but did not because of an emergency with one of the guests. We had to walk around in the heat trying to find a place to sit down for drinks while we waited. The host then sent a colleague to check us in. We ofcourse understood the emergency and tried to be patient but this and the water taxi did make a rocky start to our trip. Recommend booking the water taxi yourself for correct info.

Host had thought of all little details to make the stay enjoyable. Comfortable and close to major sights. Thankfully had an air conditioner which was a must.
