The Rose room was extremely nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Elia was very attentive and helpful with recommendations for the area and anything else we needed.

Elia, the property’s coordinator, was absolutely wonderful! Communication with him and the property was excellent. Before arrival he informed us that there was a race going on at the grand canal and that it might be difficult to secure transportation. He offered to set us up. Upon arrival he greeted us with champagne and spent at least 45 minutes giving us suggestions on where to eat and what to do. He also arranged for transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. The property is a boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. The place seemed brand new, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally quiet. Close to everything but away from the noise. Room was well appointed and tastefully decorated.

One of the few hotels in Venice which is not decorated in fake red and gold brocade. Elegant and stylish and extremely quiet at night. The owners were extremely kind and very flexible to accommodate my late arrival and early departure.

Honestly one of the best boutique hotels we have ever been to. stop looking for others and just book Ninfea. We were originally hesitant because the low number of reviews, but that’s only because they have been in business for 1 year. This family-owned 6 room hotel is perfect because it is on a quiet and safe canal side street but in the most perfect central location you could hope for. Elia and his parents gave us excellent recommendations and were honestly the nicest/most wholesome people. had a fantastic time!!

There’s literally nothing wrong with Ninfea. they even included free breakfast at a tasty cafe across the street for each morning

Elia was so lovely, very accommodating to any of our needs. It is an outstanding hotel. Highly recommend to anyone booking. The room was beautifully decorated. It had all the extra touches; bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer.

Room smelt slightly of damp (AC issue I assume) Room was hot and AC couldn’t be adjusted.

Great location, clean and well furnished and also very spacious. It is a new location an well designed. I loved it. It is a little cold this time of year but it’s not their fault (the law is that you cannot turn the heat on) but the bed is really really worm. It’s also very quite and i had the most relaxing sleep ever.
