Lobby balcony overlooks the Grand Canal. Beautiful.

Staff are exceptional, breakfast is truly continental, views of the canal are excellent, location is 5mins walk to San Marco square. It would be even better if there was a lift but after all the pizza and pasta, the stairs are good exercise! The staff help with the luggage upon arrival and departure. Once the dock is functional in February, that will be another bonus, otherwise it's a 5min walk (a little more with luggage) to the nearest dock.

Lovely room with loads of space and a massive bathroom, the only downside is there are a lot of steps to go up to the room (there is a little lift for luggage) location is perfect for sightseeing and really easy to get to and find
