Nice short walk from the vaporetto and next to the opera house. Wonderful air conditioned room. There was a terrace on the top floor to have an aperitivo. Beautiful experience.

Loved the location, so easy to walk to all sites in the old town and to the Vaporetta. Don't miss the roof top balcony which has a view of the dome of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. Breakfast was superb. The staff were supremely helpful, even finding us another couple to share (and split the high cost of) a private water taxi to the airport. The boat showed up at our door on our final morning and we enjoyed a last beautiful tour of several canals and the wide open expanse of the lagoon.

This a small and intimate hotel in a great location in Venice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and well-appointed. The air-conditioning was great and much needed on really warm days. Despite being so close to St. Mark's Square the hotel was quiet, right on a canal, and the entrance is tucked just off a walk-way, so there aren't people walking past all of the time. The hotel felt classy, characterful, and intimate. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again.
