Very clean and great variety of amenities. Central location, and a short walk from Piazza San Marco and water bus stops. Kind and responsive hosts, the beds were made and snacks refilled daily. Easy to check in and access the B&B. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Venice.
No lift, so you need to climb one set of stairs to access the B&B, which can make it difficult for those with heavy luggage, but this is the same for nearly every building in Venice. No complaints about the B&B itself :)

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, theaters and water taxi. Clean and super quiet. Claudia was lovely and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and anything else we needed.

Very easy to find the place, just follow the numbers, Very nice, very clean, very close to San marco, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was excellent. Host was kind. Room was clean. Welcome treat was very nice.
At first we thought the snacks in our room were extra and thought it a nice touch. We then realized it was meant to be our breakfast - instant coffee packets, a basket of mediocre packaged foods, and some yogurt in the fridge. Super disappointing given the price we paid for the room.
