We had 2 rooms, with a semi-private hall joining them. Parents downstairs. Grown kids up the inner stairs in the loft-with-huge-balcony room. To avoid lugging, we kept all the bags down in our room. Worked perfectly. Breakfast was lovely. Staff was super-helpful. We would have missed our flight home without them.
I wish I knew in advance that the room comes with a tour of a glass factory.

Excellent location and a very nice breakfast room, as we checked out early on our last morning we were given a take-away breakfast pack which was much appreciated.
Our room was part of a top floor apartment, which was good in terms of being spacious, but there is no shower despite being listed in the room description. A hand held shower rose with poor water pressure in a bath is not a shower substitute. Communication at check in was pretty minimal and nobody appeared at breakfast, no fresh coffee at breakfast.
