Unexpectedly great hotel. When I was searching for a hotel in Venice everything looked overpriced and old. I wouldn’t like to stay in a ‘royal style’ dusty vibe room. I was surprised when I saw this newly renovated hotel with a nice location and most importantly at a good price.
+ breakfast wasn’t included in the price but it’s worth paying Eur 15 per person at a hotel as you have a buffet. For that money you can barely afford a proper food in Venice everything unless you are okay with a croissant and coffee which wasn’t an option for me
+ location is great. 10 min from San Marco, 1 min from Grand Canal, a lot of great restaurants around. Despar supermarket 3 min away. Pharmacies, squares, everything is around
+ convenient transportation location. 1 min from Orange line station of a water bus. So we basically arrived to an airport and got there door to door like a taxi
+ super clean and comfortable room. You can connect your phone to a TV with AirPlay. I didn’t need more:)
+ spacious bathroom
+ super friendly staff paying attention to you even if you are just passing by the reception during the day
+ the room was ready earlier by our request as we arrived 1 hour before check in

Perfect stay in Venice. Just 1 minute from waterbus that has alilaguna too. The room was nice and cold in summer. Love love love

Frühstück, keine Entlüftung im Bad, keine Dichtungen bei den Fenstern , Oberlichte nur Einfach verglast, die ganze Nacht ein Wirbel-man hört die Leute reden als wären Sie im Zimmer und auch die Rollen der Koffer wie ein Flugzeug im Tiefflug
