Very good central location for exploring Venice.
Clean, comfortable rooms and well presented overall.
Elena was a fantastic host- very warm welcome and very helpful info.
Breakfast was very good and again Elena looked after us so well in the morning.

It is very quiet and tucked in but near the center in minutes. Very friendly and happy host. Loved the stay very much and enjoyed it very much. We loved the little breakfast area, just good vibes.

What a great place to stay! The room and bath were spotless. Bed, pillows were comfy. The place was super quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Elena was an excellent host. She sat down with us and guided us thru Venice. Her directions to get to the airport were great as well! We had pretty heavy bags , however, the hosts carried them to our 2 nd floor room. If you visit Venice, you can pay more, however, you won’t get a better value. A++
