We loved that the location was within walking distance of the main sight seeing but away from the crowds. It felt like a more residential area. Our room was also very large and the beds were comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. We didn't do breakfast but we grabbed croissants to go on our last day from the display!
Our "AC" was not really AC. While the central lobby had AC, our room just had a fan that was circulating air. You could tell an immediate change in temperature between our room and the lobby. Our thermostat was set to the "sun" icon instead of the "snowflake" icon. We asked a staff member about this but they claimed this was how it worked.

The location is fantastic , it was a short walk to the Rialto bridge and was still central enough to explore everything incredibly easily without being bang in the middle of the hustle , the neighbourhood was clean with a couple of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
The staff were friendly and instructions to find the place were clear with good communication from the property.
Be realistic about expectations , when we went we chose this place because it was a lot more budget friendly than our other options so we were fine with what we had. Some of the bits in the bathroom and room are tired , for example the sealant on the bath had a bit of mould and the door the the mini bar wasn’t attached to the wooden panelling as it should have been. The mini bar is cheap and basic , there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room but we expected this .
