Everything I needed for my short stay in Venice. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and attentive to all my questions. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The inward facing terrace was a lovely addition that made the place feel more homey.
In terms of location, the place is within a short walk of various shops and restaurants and Rialto. However, it’s situated in a “side street” so noise was never an issue for me.
Need to climb stairs to access the rooms. Not necessarily a bad thing (in fact, expected in the area), but just something to be aware of.

It was a safe, comfortable and nice stay. The manager/housekeeper Moana was especially kind and professional.
The staff took my towels that were hanging up, instead of leaving them as the sustainability sign says, haha! I had to ask for more towels as they only gave me one. Of course they gave me more towels, but in the evening there isn’t a front desk to ask for these things. This is only a small complaint though. Everything else was very nice.

Very good location, friendly staff, it was a nice room very clean, it was more modern than many other properties in venice. Would definitely recommend.
We weren't informed that the city tax had to be paid in cash, we assumed it would be card, just more difficult if you didn't bring any. The luggage storage was unattended which was a slight worry but it was absolutely fine and nothing was misplaced.
