Great location close to both the grand canal water stop as well as the station.
The stairs!! But ask for room 11 if you can as you avoid the stairs

the breakfast was very good and the room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The location cannot be beat.
It was 90 steps to our room, with luggage after a flight and after walking through Venice and over Rialto Bridge with steps and cobblestone streets, it was a lot. If you have any mobility issues or problems with your knees, maybe pick something else.

Perfect location next to the Rialto bridge. The hotel was beautiful and very traditional. Exceptionally clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast each day was lovely and we would highly recommend! Superb!

View of the grand canal, morning coffee and breakfast. Location
Our room faced the canal and as such, at night we often heard the boats delivering supplies. Only a problem if your a light sleeper
