We invite you to spend time with your family and enjoy all that Chatham has to offer at this beautiful North Chatham home. This property features a large front room perfect for reading, watching TV, or playing games, along with a spacious kitchen that includes both a dining area and a sitting area. The home offers four bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, one with a bunk bed and a twin, and one with two twin beds. A unique sunroom, separated from the dining room by a spectacular stained-glass window, includes a window AC unit for comfort. Outside, you will find a large yard and a chlorinated in-ground pool (unheated) with an unenclosed outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing after a day in the surf and sand. Additional amenities include a gas barbecue, six TVs, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning in the great room and on the second floor. You're just a few minutes' drive to the local beaches, downtown Chatham, the bandstand and Veteran's Park. As a special welcome, the owner provides a reusable tote bag filled with essential paper and cleaning products. Kudos to a great home for me and my three children to have our August vacation! The house was better than what I expected. It was bigger, nicer and had many thoughtful elements. And let's not forget the pool, which was so much fun! We loved it all.

Historical feel and comfortable home. Perfect location for all fun things, pool a plus! Tight upstairs and squeaky floors, but decor was very beachy! We all enjoyed the week. Kitchen well equipped and updated.

The house was beautiful, with an old Cape Cod charm, very nice decor. The pool is definitely a plus. The kitchen was stocked well(although we bought our own stuff).They were nice to leave us some firewood and we had a firepit going one of the nights. Great location, close to everything.On the flip side, the house was a bit too old and we had to arrange for our own linens.Overall a great experience,had a nice 2 night stay with friends, the kids had a blast in the pool.
