It’s a nice house but terrible neighborhood with barking dogs all over! The walk to the beach is on a trafficaded road (and barking dogs) not so nice. Book a house closer to the beaches is our suggestion

Lekkere week gehad in prima schoon huis met zwembadje in goede buurt Vinaros. Vriendelijke eigenaren met heldere communicatie. Staat voor 8 personen online maar dat kan louter indien er jonge kinderen in gezelschap zitten. Anders meer geschikt voor 6 personen. 1 minpunt is parkeren. Niet geschikt voor grotere auto’s. Ook niet voor meer dan 1 auto.

Es una casa muy bonita y con todas las comodidades y en una zona muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable. La comunicación con el propietario tanto antes de nuestra llegada como una vez allí fue muy fluida y rápida, cosa que se agradece. Volveremos a repetir seguro.

Seguramente si hubiéramos elegido otra semana del verano nuestra visión sería diferente, para lo que hemos pagado por esta semana de agosto nos parece carísimo. Falta de mantenimiento tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la casa, especialmente en el exterior, sin luces en piscina ni en zona comedor, plaga de mosquitos en la zona y en esta casa más aún por su falta de limpieza en el exterior. El interior aceptable con colchones y sofá cómodos, resto de mobiliario en estado precario.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la villa. Même à 7 personnes elle est agréable à vivre. Les prestations sont excellentes et l’emplacement parfait. Merci à Fabienne pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Nous avons passé une semaine très appréciable à Vinaros grâce à la villa très fonctionnelle et sa piscine. Nous avons pu visiter cette ville avec ses plages multiples. La chaleur et le soleil étaient au rendez-vous. Nous étions en immersion dans la culture espagnole et nous avons été très bien accueilli par eux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute 😀

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est dans un joli quartier au calme et sans vis à vis . la piscine est top ainsi que son entretien .la terrasse mériterait un éclairage supplémentaire . Nous sommes venus avec des petits ,attention la piscine n est pas sécurisée par un volet roulant car cela n est pas obligatoire en Espagne . Il faut avoir l œil comme toujours . Je vous conseille cette maison a 5mn des criques et plages et 3mn des commerces pour vos vacances.

We enjoyed with 5 people and a baby our holidays! It was everything very clean and we found a well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished rooms. The pool have been cleaned 1-2 / week through the stuff. Unfortunately we had ants in the house after few days, but this is typical in Spain. We pay more attention to our food and we solve the problem. We can recommend the house and we have been very happy with the communication and support of the house owner.

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche in sehr guter Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Lage (Mai 2019). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend und schnell (per Email), was leider oft nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. An der Innenausstattung könnte sich so manche Unterkunft in Vinaros ein Beispiel nehmen. :-)

Wir haben nur eine Woche im Haus von Lucien und Fabienne verbracht, aber es ist ein gut durchdachtes Haus mit großzügiger Küche und anschließendem Wohnzimmer. Obwohl es ungewöhnlich kalt war für April, konnten wir den Wohnraum behaglich warm heizen. Es fehlt an nichts, wer gerne selbst kocht, findet hier alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es verfügt über sämtliche deutsche TV Programme. Gastronomietipp: C Antonio in Vinaros Herrlich frische Fischgerichte. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig: das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und man kann in der Nähe durchs Barranco zur Felsenküste und dort entlang laufen oder am schönsten ist es am Grenzfluss zwischen Katlonien und Valencia. Ein generelles Manko in Spanien ist, dass sich kein Hundebesitzer über die Hinterlassenschaften seines Hundes kümmert, sodass sich der Blick immer auf den Boden richtet 😉� Merci beaucoup a Fabienne et Lucien

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus is sehr groß bietet viel Platz und einen eigenen Pool zum entspannen. Fussläufig erreicht man den Spar und zwei Restaurants. Das Haus ist gepflegt, bietet allen Komfort und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Auto nur 10 min entfernt und lädt zum verweilen mit dutzenden Cafes und Restaurants. Auch gibt es dort eine lange Promenade mit Sandstrand, da im Stadtteil des Hauses nur kleine Kiesbuchten liegen. Auch mit Hund optimal da man Vorort zwei Hundestrände findet. Fantastisch zum entspannen vom Trubel und zu empfehlen
