Keyless Entry, allowing you to arrive anytime! *** Thank You "Jones Around The World" for naming us (#1) The Best Pismo Beach Family Vacation Rental!!! Check-In / Check-Out - *Keyless Entry* *Guests are given a generated door lock code that will only work for the dates that are booked. Once the check-in time is available the code will then be activated to check-in. *Check-In; The owner is notified by the door system that the guest has arrived. No need to contact the owner. The guest is able to arrive at any time of the day after 4 pm check-in time. *Check-Out; When the guests are ready to depart a simple code is given for the door lock, this will notify the Owner that they have Checked Out. All codes expire at 11 am on departure day. 3 Bedrooms: Can sleep up to 6 adults (8 travelers) (for sleeping arrangements, there are 3 Bedrooms, & a living room) *The Master Bedroom - King-size Bed *2nd bedroom - Queen-size bed *3rd Bedroom- Queen-size bed *Living Room Hide a Bed - Queen-size bed *We have been accommodating guests at our Pismo Beach Rental since 1998* We also accommodate guests at our rental in Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii / listed on VRBO 103436 As the owner, I love having direct contact with all my Guests! With our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath configurations, featuring all of the amenities of a home, dining, barbequing, steps to the beach, with an array of beach activities, dining, and shopping or venture out into the local wine country, guests will experience the very best of the Central Coast. We invite you to escape and unwind at our Pismo Beach Getaway. Located on the same street as Sea Venture Resort and Sandcastle Hotel. The sunny days are just perfect for the Family to get out and play in the sun. It's a great time to walk down our long Sandy Beach, take a bike ride around downtown Pismo, or spend your Family Vacation Time at the beach. GE- Stove & Oven Range with built-in Air Fry for re-heating those leftover french fries! 43" Samsung TVs with Spectrum App for cable installed in 2 of the bedroom! My family of 6 (parents plus 4 children 18-26) completely enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach. The location was excellent, very convenient, and we appreciated the easy use of a 2-car garage. The condo was very attractive and had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely consider renting again. Thanks.

We were happy to see that our VRBO rental was accurately described and photographed. Our host Natalie, always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful information about the rental and activities in the surrounding areas. The beautiful home was strategically located for access to Pismo Beach, monarch butterfly wintering grounds, and just an hour from Hearst Castle. This condo is in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and local shops & restaurants. It had a utility wagon & beach chairs so we didn't have to bring our own. Made hauling the kids and toys to the beach very easy. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!

I came with my adult daughter and two friends to relax and enjoy the ocean. The house was clean and located within walking distance of everything. It was the perfect time. The only suggestion I would have is more comfortable seating in the living room The brown couch is hard--two small comfy chairs would take it to 5+++stars. The Owner is attentive and responsive. Best VRBO experience I`ve had!!

Very nice condo and very clean. Would stay again. One con is there are a stairs to the living area and stairs to the bedrooms. We had children under 2 years old and should of brought baby gates. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Location, location, location! Just two blocks from beach access and two blocks from the main hub of town (close enough for easy access and far enough to feel quiet). The condo was clean and well-equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoons! Natalie was always a text away and very quick to reply.

The place was perfect for our 3 night stay over cal poly grad weekend. Cozy beach house decor. Comfy nice sized bedrooms. A few blocks from the sand in one direction or shops and restaurants in another. Kitchen well appointed with everything down to the much appreciated Brita filter in the fridge. 2 spaces for parking in the garage was also key!

Such a great experience all around! This house was lovely and exceeded our expectations in regards to location. Walking distance to the beach and pier. The rooms were great and easily accommodated all of our group without feeling cramped at all. Also, Natalie was such a kind host and was very quick to respond to any questions/inquiries. We absolutely hope to stay here again for any future Pismo trips! ☀️
