Living room has comfy seating, large flat screen High Definition TV with Roku for you to log into your streaming accounts, and an electric fireplace insert. Wood floors throughout including kitchen. Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped, including, cookware, dishes, small appliances, double wide fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Dining room seats 4, overhead fan, mirror wall, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We stayed at this rental property a week ago and already booked it again for October. The place is nice, neat and clean with a parking garage for 2 cars and its location is perfect and it’s close to everything within walking distance. There are a lot of stairs to go up so keep that in mind with your luggage and stuff you’re brining along with you.

Nice Condo, lots of stairs, which was good, needed the exercise. Everything was great, only two things to report for best reviews... We really needed to check in early because of a wedding rehearsal, and I asked Breana two times to please have our unit cleaned 1st, she said sorry no can do, so I stopped into their office about 1pm +-, and was then told the unit was ready. I hate to be a pain, but sometimes need some extra consideration. 2nd, the couch only seats 3 and 1 chair, but the unit is for 6 people, so an 'L' -shaped couch would sure make things more comfortable for watching a late night movie.

Every Labor Day weekend we go to pismo ! We take our grandchildren and our grown kids this is the first time we rented from coastal vacation rental I had to call the office for a new key cause my granddaughter locked us out they came right over in minutes . I booked for next year already . Love this place

We stayed at this condo for about three weeks. As advertised, it is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was outfitted with much more in the way of towels, beach items and kitchenware than most places we’ve stayed. The only downside was the noise. The noise was not mentioned in other reviews we saw before scheduling. The end of the block has a turnaround used by trash trucks, street sweepers, large delivery trucks and weekend party trucks, which create a lot of noise in the unit. During the week is not so bad, but on the weekends there are also trucks with loud radios and folks who have walked to and from the bars late into the night. We enjoyed everything else about the condo but the noise.

The property is in a wonderful location 3/4 block from the beach with many nearby shops and restaurants. The garage, bikes, boogie boards etc. were nice conveniences. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The only potential drawback is the two sets of stairs for the elderly or very young children. Overall a great experience.

This place was perfect. Took my 5 grandkids for a vacation, they just love the house. Close to the beach, places to shop, eat. Weather was perfect. Couldn’t of ask for the perfect location and weather. The grands did not want to leave, lol. Had car trouble and was able to add 2 more days which was perfect. We will be back.

The condo was everything as described. Only suggestions I left was that they really need an updated coffee pot that doesn’t take 40 minutes tip make and/or maybe just a good cleaning of machine like vinegar or something ran through it. Also, a bath mat would be nice to step on when out of shower. The condo is within walking distance to downtown area and beach area. Due to family emergency we had to leave one day earlier than expected. I do recommend staying here and hope the rental company takes the suggestions we left and consider them.

Stayed while in town for a family wedding. Unit was clean and well supplied. Garage was a very nice amenity along with bikes, beach chairs, laundry and 2 bathrooms. It is lots of stairs if that's an issue for anyone. The BRs are on top floor and 1 bathroom is on main floor but worked well. No issues with anything other than warm temps when we arrived and no A/C but opening windows cooled it down overnight. Enjoyed our stay!

The townhome is in a great location and if you don't mind the three floors (lots of steps) the layout is nice. It was great to be able to walk down to the beach and the downtown. I am not sure if their was a cat or if there was a build up of dust, but my family and I could not stop sneezing when at the home. The covers on the beds appeared to be the very dusty and we had to remove them. After a deep cleaning it would be a great place to stay.

Perfect location!
Loved the location and the amenities! I probably overlooked the part about stairs but we had a family member with limited mobility and had to negotiate stairs. It was super helpful to have full bathrooms on both levels. We'd love to stay here again!

Great location; Furniture needs updating. Furniture items were obviously in disrepair, certain burners on the stove did not work, Couch bed did not pull out or work. I have rented homes from Coastal Vacation before and always was happy - this was my first - certain furniture is dangerously in disrepair (one chairs roller was broken before we rented the property and apparently someone tried to fix it by tieing a plastic bag around the wood part holding the roller)- it almost collasped as a guest sat in the chair.

This is a wonderful condo with a lovely view from the deck to enjoy your coffee or glass of wine. The teens loved being able to hop on their skateboards they brought and head down to the boardwalk and main street. We liked being able to walk to "Old West Cinnamon Rolls" & Splash Cafe, out two favorites.Well stocked kitchen for making our Thanksgiving meal. Just need to let people know that a large SUV with surf racks won't fit in the garage and a 5th chair would be nice. We used the bench from the garage.

Nice clean basic condo. Front room smaller than expected. (i.e. Sleeps 8, but sitting room only seats 5, unless you sit at dining table). Convenient location near both beach and downtown, but still a bit noisy at night with traffic and pedestrians. Price was right though for what you get. I'd suggest sleeps 6 comfortably and after that you have a small pullout or airbed, which would be fine for kids.

Overall I had a pleasant experience... Great location... I had to clean the pots before I used them, pots are horrible and food sticks to them no matter what you do. The floor was filthy when I arrived and they had to change a glass door, which I saw nothing wrong with, while I was there.. They couldn’t wait till I was out... Rental company staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we checked out, we left a list of issues we observed:1) upstairs bathroom had mold/broken molding near tub and overall had very poor ventilation2) several electrical outlets in the upstairs bedrooms had broken or missing covers, exposing wires3) sleeper sofa was inoperable4) refrigerator door has some issue which doesn't allow it to close as it should, if you weren't careful, it appeared to close but did not. Bottom panel on frig kept falling off...5) Carpets were very dirty.

The location was great. A block from the beach. The condo was dirty when we arrived. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable. For the price per night it was not worth it to not have a nice place to sit and eat and relax after a day at the beach. The garage is great and the sleeping upstairs was great as well.
