A nice hotel, clean and updated. Handy and convenient
When i arrived at 9.30pm there was no booking, and they didnt have a room. Luckily the staff were professional and were able to accommodate even though booking.com were at fault

The location was good.
First, the room had a weird smell and the water never really got hot enough. Then, while we were sleeping, we woke up to a loud noise and realized the glass stand that the fridge and coffee maker were sitting on had randomly shattered. Luckily, we were in bed and not anywhere near it because we could have gotten hurt. I made sure we wouldn’t be charged for it since we had absolutely nothing to do with it, and thankfully they did keep their word on that.
HOWEVER, when I checked my invoice, I noticed a $30 restaurant-to-room charge from a restaurant I never even visited. I called the front desk and spoke to someone who transferred me to the general manager, who didn’t answer. I was then transferred back to the front desk, and the previously nice employee suddenly had a very “nice nasty” attitude when I explained that I didn’t just want an email address—I wanted the issue handled.
Overall, there were just too many issues during this stay for me to be happy with the experience. I’m hoping the incorrect charge is taken care of appropriately.
