The hotel location, room accommodations, pool area.
The valet parking team could be better. I had an incident where another person’s keys were left in my vehicle and I only noticed after I had left the hotel. This was a huge security breach in my opinion.

Location to local restaurants and bars. Comfy bed and very clean. Nice shower, big room.
Road noise, but we sleep with ear plugs anyway. We were on the 11th floor
