The front desk clerk, Tiana, was so sweet. She was soft spoken and got me extra covers and a pillow and 3 welcome snack bags. We requested an early check in and a late check out and were granted both. I will definitely stay again.
The valet parking was a bit of a drag, nowhere to park to give them the vehicle and the female valet driver drove up on the curb scrubbing my passenger tire, she never acknowledged with an apology or anything, like it never happened. The guys were great though, very polite and showed mannerisms. Also, downtown was hectic. The roads were cut off and I had to figure my way around.. took an extra 20 mins to make it back. I don’t like the downtown area, but I love the hotel.

Good breakfast variety. Clean quiet rooms. Walking distance to Aquarium. We didn't find Atlanta very hospitable but this place was.
Breakfast time could be longer.

Love the location and staff very hospitable, friendly and helpful.
The room had a foul smell to it, likely due to the carpet in the room. Floor and carpet in room felt dirty to walk on. Also, the bathroom tap was not working properly and could not regulate between hot and cold.
