The employees were first rate, even the lady taking care of the breakfast bar.
The ONLYnegative was the handicap shower allowed a lot of water on the total bathroom floor. This could be a danger to future handicap guests.

The hotel is in a historic building and the location was in a central downtown location within walking distance of attractions. On-site parking was available and convenient. Front Desk Agent, Christopher Boynton (if I recall his name correctly), was very friendly and helpful. The suite was a decent size with good amenities (microwave, mini fridge, bar sink). It suited us well.
Breakfast which was included was not replenished. There literally was nothing to choose from so, we left. I don't book hotels based on breakfast being offered, but my sons would have eaten breakfast if it was available.

Close to everything friendly staff
Had very little breakfast left at 8:45 and it was to end at 9:30.
